This place was recommended to me from a friend and has great reviews so I decided to give it a try. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the service I got. I paid $70 + tip for bath and full groom for my shih tzu, and the haircut turned out HORRIBLE. Not only is that expensive to me (my last groomer was $60 for full groom), but also the hair around his mouth is so uneven I can’t believe they returned him to me looking like that. There’s almost a bald spot because the groomer cut it so short. When I got home and noticed how bad it was, I called to let them know I was disappointed. Becca (store manager) told me she called the groomer (Isaac I think?) and he said my dogs hair was so matted that he had to cut it short like that. Never in 3 years did my previous groomer do that…… it seems this groomer was just too lazy to comb out his hair…. And there weren’t any mats to begin with when I dropped him off. Becca then told me she couldn’t refund me but if I come back again she’ll only charge me for a bath. Will update this review when/if I do return.

I've been here a few times for nail clippings and every experience was good. This time I brought my dog in for a full trim and bath.\n\nI am very cautious when bringing my pup to a groomer as I've had terrible experiences in the past with other groomers, (shaving my dog when asked not to).\n\nGonzalo at Puppy love did an AMAZING job on my dog, he's never looking so cute even when he was a puppy\n\nThere's been obvious attention to detail when trimming and brushing him, Gonzalo knew how to trim Pomeranian fur without damaging it.\n\nYou can tell these people love dogs as they were all smiling and playing with Oskar when I came to pick him up.\n\nI will definitely be bringing my dog here from now on.

Puppy Love was a great experience for both me and my fur baby. They wanted to know exactly what I wanted in terms of grooming, and did a great job with it. My girl is smelling as good and feeling as soft days later as when I first picked her up. Their prices were also the best in the area. We will definitely be coming back to Puppy Love for all our future grooming needs!

WARNING:IFyou love and care about your dog, DoNOT go here. Recently I took my little 10 month old Shi-tzu, Binki, in for her summer cut. This was her second grooming, first time was great, 2nd time my spot was busy so we took her here. When we picked her up she was off. She was jumping around biting at her backside, would not go for walks. We took her back met the owner, who denied any wrong doing, until we put her down to walk. He said OH shit, she needs a vet. I called to speak to the groomer who was so rude ,he came at me and blamed to dog claiming she was very difficult..we took her to 2 vets , examined her gave her antibiotics and pain men's. They were going to do trays for $700 but tge machine was down. Thankfully now she is ok. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM.!!! NIGHTMARE ON COLORADO.. NOT PUPPY LOVE!! And they messed up the analysis glands. The doctor fixed that. Terrible place, should have read reviews before going here

We recommend this business to all of you who are actually looking for a new groom service spot. We needed to change from groomers so bad and Puppy Love Pet Spa exceeded all of our expectations as 1st time patrons. The cost of their services are very reasonable & affordable. Catrina and the rest of the staff were very welcoming & helpful and the groomers delivered a great job by leaving our dog looking so cute, clean and fluffy & treating it with lots of love, kindness & care; despite of our dog being so scare to go into the premises. Thank you Catrina, the groomers and the rest of the staff from Puppy Love Pet Spa...you gain our trust and us as a future client for our doggie.😊
