They provide excellent service, and Nick did a great job with the grooming.\n\nHowever, I was very surprised by the final price: $168 (including tip) for a 20-pound dog. Pricing for standard bath and grooming services is not clearly listed online, only à la carte items, which made it difficult to anticipate the total cost. Based on long experience with high-end salons, I expected the price to be closer to $90.\n\nWhen I called to ask for clarification, I was told that I should have asked for pricing in advance. While that may be true, I believe clearer upfront pricing or a cost estimate would help avoid confusion. I also wasn’t fully aware of which services were included in the final bill.\n\nMy advice to future customers: be sure to ask for a detailed price estimate before booking to avoid surprises. And expect to pay more than you have elsewhere

I can’t recommend Nick P. enough as a dog groomer! He does an amazing job with my dog Ezekiel. From the moment we walk in, Nick’s warm and friendly demeanor puts both me and Ezekiel at ease. He truly understands dogs and takes the time to listen to my grooming preferences.\n\nEzekiel always comes out looking fantastic—his coat is soft, clean, and styled just the way I like it. Nick also takes great care to ensure that Ezekiel is comfortable throughout the grooming process. It’s clear he loves what he does and genuinely cares for the animals he works with.\n\nIf you’re looking for a reliable and talented groomer, look no further than Nick! Loved Astro’s trim, and the general service from Blue Pooch. We have been looking for a new groomer for a while and I think we’re going to keep this one this time. One of the things that I liked the most is the fact that they don’t keep gentle dogs in crates while they wait for their turn, so I feel they are less stressed. I loved the necklace and how good he smelled.

I never would have thought I’d find the perfect salon for my dog. I always have a hard time finding a good groomer to style my dog. The staff were professional, kind and attentive to Lilo. They exceeded what I was expecting honestly. I love the haircut Nick (our groomer) gave her and thank you for the cute necklace. You all will not be disappointed! Go here for your dogs’ haircut.
