Now that I'm less angry, Be SKEPTICAL about when you choose to drop your dog off. Trust your gut not the attendant. I've been to other locations and had flawless service. I ended up paying 50$ more here than I do anywhere else for the same service.

Korean-owned pet grooming business. Very kind lady, but be prepared because english is limited. When you bring your pet, knowing the length of the cut and style you want is helpful for the groomer. On my first time I was asked if my dog had heart problems; hair dryer could stress dogs out. My dog seemed happy when I picked her up.\nOverall great service for a first time for anxious and yappy dog. Total for service was $60: Included grooming, nails, anal gland expressing.
