I've shopped here a couple times and they have a great selection! Today I used their self-wash for the first time. The cashier was very nice and let me know I could save some money by buying a punch card! I had 3 dogs to wash and they were understanding about me coming in and out of the store 3 separate times to wash each one. All of the staff working was kind to my dogs and the wash area was very clean! We had a great experience even though my dogs were not happy to get clean 🤣

I've been to Pet Supplies Plus twice now and had great experiences both times.\n\nEach time I've gone I've noticed how clean the store is - not just visually but it also smells clean too. The store is well maintained and there's a surprising amount of options. They have many different kinds of dog food, beds, and toys. There's a lot to look at yet all the aisles and products are neatly organized and it's easy to find what you're looking for.\n\nOn my second visit I went in looking for a dog bed and right away two guys that worked there (Chris and Eli) both politely asked if they could help me find anything. To be honest, I have sort of given up hope of getting good (and prompt) customer service anywhere these days but I was pleasantly surprised here. Both the employees I met were personable, attentive, kind, and funny.\n\nMy dog is a dachshund mix and he likes to "burrow". They helped me pick out the perfect bed for him. The bed I got is called Play On Burrow Bed. Chris told me his dog had one and loved it. Excellent recommendation because just three days in and that bed is my dog's new happy place.\n\nThe store is conveniently located at the north end of Factoria Mall right by the Amazon Fresh. It's easy to find and there's plenty of parking (at least there was during the evenings when I've gone).\n\nThey also offer a pet wash facility at this location. I'm going to bring my dog in one of these days when I have enough energy and patience to deal with a dog who loooooves water. 😆\n\nTL;DR This store has tons of choices, reasonable prices, and great customer service. I now have no desire or reason to ever step into another gigantic "McPetco" store ever again.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for a long time and have always appreciated the care and skill of the groomers. Unfortunately, the groomers I’ve loved in the past are no longer there, and my most recent visit was disappointing. I asked for light trimming behind her ears and around her tail/booty. Instead, the groomer trimmed around her ears rather than behind them, completely cut the hair off part of her tail/booty, and also trimmed her face, which I hadn’t requested. The cut in the front wasn’t blended, leaving a noticeable line. I’m really bummed about how she looks—hopefully this feedback can help improve communication for future visits.

Our family was there to explore basic aquarium setup for kids with zero prior knowledge. We happened to meet Lucy, who was very helpful and patient with us to expose the options. She helped picking every single thing we would need to start. Our initial plan of just exploration ended with guided purchase. Liked how we are given attention. We will be there again!

Great pet store! Large selection of food and toys, everything is fresh and neatly displayed. The staff is polite. I'm very happy and will be back!
