Very easy to get a appointment

The people are nice here. Although they don’t pay their groomers enough.

DO NOT BOOK HERE: Horrible experience after then called me an hour before my appointment saying them messed up and double book. Instead of getting someone to come in early to rectify the situation they just said they'll do it tomorrow. That's not helpful that's avoiding blame and not solving the issue. Manger on duty did nothing to help and made me wait 10 mins till he picked up phone. Long wait time to not do anything to help solve the issue they created.

Took our two dogs to get groomed, they called about they could only do one of our dogs because they were nervous. The dog they said they groomed they didn't do anything he came back as dirty as when he went in and the groomer said she was able to cut my dog's nails and lied in my face because he's nails were still the same size before I took them in,very unprofessional and lazy.

Advertises walk in for grooming but wouldn’t even entertain my walk in making up excuses like my dog’s weight (70 pounds)…. Staff was extremely unhelpful
