Love this place for all my dog's needs! Great selection and especially great deals that get sent to me very regularly. I usually visit this store in person, but when I ordered online, it was delivered more quickly than if I had tried to get it myself. Also like their self-wash set-up, which is a great deal with the pre-paid punch card. I highly recommend this store to everyone with pets, or at least a dog, in West Seattle.

I recently visited a pet supply store and was very pleased with my purchase! They have a huge selection of products for different pets: food (dry and wet), treats, litter, toys, grooming accessories, carriers, beds, etc.\nThe store is clean, everything is neatly arranged, and it's easy to find the right section.

I have bought my two dogs here quite a few times because scheduling nail services and getting a paw trim is nice. However this last time I was told 15-30 min and I would get a text when they were done. I never got a text or call. I went back after 1 hour and while I was waiting for my dogs another dog went in and out for a trim. They had to sit in a cage for who knows how long which stressed them out. They also never get the full service listed ( paw balm, colonge and bandana.) I got a bandana 1 out if 6 times we went which was whatever. The waiting for an hour bugged me more.

I can’t say enough great things about Kayla — she is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she made my dog feel comfortable, calm, and genuinely cared for. You can tell right away that she truly loves what she does and has a special way with animals.\nMy dog usually gets anxious during grooming, but with Kayla, it was a completely different experience. She took her time, spoke to him gently, and made sure he was relaxed every step of the way. When I picked him up, he looked incredible — perfectly groomed, soft, and smelling wonderful! The cut was exactly what I asked for (actually, better than I imagined).\nKayla’s attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality make her stand out from any other groomer we’ve been to. She goes above and beyond to make sure both the dogs and their humans are happy. I can’t recommend her enough — if you’re looking for someone who truly cares and delivers top-quality grooming, Kayla is the one to trust!
