I love this place. They have an amazing program where they will donate to shelter pets please see the attached photo explaining this. 🐶🐱🎄

The Greenwood Mud Bay has an exemplary staff and great selection. I get most of my dog's food and supplies here and everyone is knowledgeable and kind. They adore my dog Jordan and he loves going to Mud Bay. Just top notch all the way around.\n\nPlus, they comply w/ the ADA! Which has been federal law since 1990, but too many businesses treat it as a mere suggestion. Mud Bay staffers always hold the door open for me or make sure that the button on the automatic door is working. I've been disabled for 34 years and appreciate the way I'm treated at Mud Bay.

I've been shopping at Mud Bay for almost 25 years now, and they have always been so helpful, supportive, and reliable when it comes to finding what I need for my cats. From kibble to canned food to Raw, they have high quality options in every category, and have guided me through my journey as a pet parent. They also have a great selection of treats, supplements, toys, and accessories. Through the many changing needs for my different pets over the years; they have always been there to help me navigate. Sometimes it has been very hard, but having a place like this makes it a little easier

Best people. Best prices. Best products. Best vibes. It’s annoying to see 1- and 2-star reviews for things like the parking lot or the sidewalk outside this store, as if the people running this store are responsible for it. If I could, I would only ever go to this pet store forever. My dog loves the staff so much and they all know the dog regulars by name and are so knowledgeable. Sometimes we’ll just stop in for a few turkey tendons because we’re on a walk and like dropping in. The folks here are watching my boy grow up and it’s such a sweet thing for us all to share 😭. I’m so glad I popped in the day after I got him

What an amazing crew at the greenwood location!!!! My doggo has special needs. She's recovering from the loss of her facial muscles and requires canned food to be formed into "meatballs". They gave me several samples and assisted me in opening the cans and attempting to make meatballs. We found a suitable kind and I purchased a case. Thank you Mud Bay!!! You're playing a huge roll in my JoJo's recovery!
