Do not trust the groomer here. She used to work at a different doggy daycare and is incredibly unreliable. She frequently cancels grooming services last minute. Of the services she completes, it's clear that she never uses scissors to smooth out trims. Her work is rushed and careless. Based on what other dog owners have told me, she has sent multiple dogs to the vet with grooming-related injuries. My own personal interactions with this groomer have been pretty chilling; she seems to only care about her own bottom line and lacks any empathy for our dogs.\n\nDO NOT USE THIS GROOMER'S SERVICE

Great daycare! My dog loves it and if you ever have any issues, they’re always open to feedback and helping resolve things :)

We’ve had a good experience with daycare and boarding. The staff are usually friendly and helpful. We really like the flexible drop off and pick up times. And our dog enjoys staying there. The only disappointing thing we’ve occurred was being charged a $20 after hours fee for arriving 4 minutes after 7pm, which was a bit ridiculous. But overall a good place to board your pups.

Just to be a nice place for my little one, not anymore. After the new manager came in everything changed, the excuse is that they don’t have enough people so they forget my little one (5 pound Pomeranian) inside the kennel 2+ hours.\n\nAnother issue with the manager was that she wanted to place Bella in the senior center?!?\nBella is 6 years old and active!\nWhy will I pay for my little one to go to the daycare and spend all day inside the senior center??? Just because she thinks my little one should go there!\n\nThere’s no point in paying almost $1,000 a month for someone to mistreat my little furry kid.\nThis just to be one of the best places in town… not anymore.

I love the staff at the Ballard DDL., I have two fairly large dogs (110lb and 130 lb), and they really try to accommodate having both of them at daycare on the same day. I appreciate how they know my dogs and always try to treat them the same way that we treat them at home. My dogs are big and they get super excited when they go there which can be a bit of a handful.\nI appreciate the staff more than I can say, if you can afford it and want the best for your pup, you should always take your dogs here for daycare
