Pacific Paws gets 5 stars from me! They were so accommodating of my pup’s anxiety. They even said they would keep the lobby clear for when she comes (I’ve never heard of a place doing this). They were sweet to her and took great care of her. I felt so at ease leaving her in their hands as they knew how to work with her. I would recommend this place to people who have really anxious pets! Thank you Pacific Paws!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pacific Paws in Seattle. This is now the second surgery my French bulldog, Mini, has had there — the first was for dental work, and most recently she underwent airway surgery — and both experiences were absolutely exceptional.\n\nOur first point of contact and who helped me with communication and administrative actions the entire way was Rae. She was so outstanding and loving.\n\nDr. Raj and Dr. Rubinow performed this most recent procedure and their skill and expertise gave me complete confidence from start to finish. The surgery was flawless, and Mini’s recovery has been smoother than I could have hoped for. Seeing how well she bounced back is truly a testament to the quality of care she received.\n\nNiru and Alyaa were incredible throughout the process — assisting, monitoring\n\nI was consistently informed, reassured, and supported. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and promptly.\n\nThe professionalism, warmth, and level of care at Pacific Paws are unmatched. It’s not easy trusting someone with your pet — especially for surgery — but I trust this team completely. There is no other office I would take Mini to.\n\nIf you’re looking for a veterinary team that combines surgical excellence with outstanding communication and genuine compassion, Pacific Paws is it!!!

We brought our dog, Luna, to Pacific Paws for emergency surgery (removal of foreign objects from her intestines/stomach) after being quoted a much higher cost at a different emergency practice. Pacific Paws was able to get Luna in for a consultation within 2 hours of contact, and complete her surgery immediately following. They are extremely upfront with their pricing, as well. We are so grateful for their fantastic team- Luna is prone to aggression and they handled her with so much care and compassion! Luna is recovering well and we feel confident in the recovery procedures they gave us.

The team here at Pacific Paws went above and beyond to help my cat Bumi get back to health. They were empathetic and kind, they seemed to really see how loved he is and did everything they could to help us.\nThey also followed up via email to make sure Bumi continued to recover.\nSpecial shout out to Sunny for getting us swift care accompanied by so much kindness.\nI highly recommend!

I'm writing this review having taken my dog to two other clinics prior to this. The service, professionalism, and care my dog recieved from the staff here was simply unmatched. My appointment was scheduled for 10AM. No games, no waiting room delay, my dog went immediately from the car to the doctors room. They were able to successfully perform major dental surgery on the SAME day I brought him in. The doctors were professional, kind, and most importantly, gentle with my dog. 24 hours post op and my dog looks and feels tremendous. It is clear they know what they're doing here. Doctor/Patient trust is vital and they've earned mine.
