Love my apartment - but the front office staff needs to fix the sauna. They still don't have a thermometer in it and have lied multiple times about the actual temperature. Me and several other residents have complained and they still haven't done anything. I am happy to change this review to 5 stars if they get it closer to 190 degrees. They claim its at 180 but I have spent several hours at that temperature, and I am positive its no where close to that.\n\nThe grills, pool, and amenities at this apartment are fantastic, and the location is also awesome.\n\nUpdate: The temperature in the sauna is only 120 degrees after the leasing office told me multiple times it was 180 degrees. See attached thermometer that was in the sauna for 25 minutes.

Good:\nBeautiful building, great amenities, mostly helpful staff, friendly neighbors\n\nBad:\nPoor security - in 6 months here my car has broken into twice in the "secure" garage and management has shown no interest in helping police identify who is responsible. I've been told car break-ins are common with occasional car thefts and apartment break-ins.\nDog mess - expect to walk through a dog mess right at the front door all the time. There are cameras and a concierge, but no one does anything about it.\nElevators - i don't think all the elevators have been working at the same time since we moved in\nGarage doors - similar, though for the last few weeks they all seem to be working\nMaintenance - all the maintenance staff are great, the problem is sometimes they show up quickly and sometimes your request is lost

I can’t say enough about CC Towers 2&3. I just resigned my lease for the 3rd time and by the end, I will have lived here more than 5 years. I absolutely love the building, the view and, of course, the team who is always so kind, helpful and thoughtful. After years of moving from one building to another in Denver, never finding the right fit, I have found the place that feels like home and feel so lucky to live here.

Im at the gardens and overall it is pretty nice and the front desk staff at the other buildings are super friendly and helpful with packages. But they are very slow to fix maintenance requests, I have been trying to get screens placed in my windows for 6 months. 4 months after moving in they put screens in my living room and bedroom but not in my bathroom or kitchen. I have brought up concerns for mold in the bathroom since there isn’t a vent, it would be nice to open the bathroom window to help air it out. They keep saying they are working on it but it’s been almost half a year. Luckily it’s not an urgent request, but I would love to be able to open a window.
