I am so happy we found the Sniff Shack! Every staff member I have interacted with has been very friendly. The facility seems very clean and tidy, which is extremely difficult given that furry friends can be quite messy. I love how easy it is to use their reservation system and I love seeing their report cards of how they did and even who their best dog friends were for that day!

Sniff Shack is the best. Pricing is in alignment with other facilities. Their kennels seem to be very clean and well maintained. Their protocols for sanitation and pup rest breaks are a great idea too. Staff has always been very helpful.

I couldn't be happier with The Sniff Shack. My dog goes crazy when pulling into the parking lot each morning. I feel like my dog is in safe hands and she clearly loves all who works there. The pictures everyday are a much loved bonus. I highly recommend The Sniff Shack.

My Dalmatian loves going to the sniff shack. I had taken her to another place and she didn’t like it, she would be sad and hesitant. At the sniff shack she gets all happy and enthusiastic to be there. No better sign than that! Staff are super friendly and nice. I highly recommend!

We’ve been taking our dog to this place for about nine years. And in the beginning, it was pretty reasonably priced. And I will say over the years we’ve never really had any complaints about the care of our dog. They do a pretty good job of taking care of your pets. Where things have gotten out of control is what they charge. Back in 2017 it was $43 a day for pet boarding now it’s $68. That’s a 58% increase. Bordetella used to be 17 or $18. Now it’s $37. That’s a 49% increase. Where things are really starting to get ridiculous is now they see fit to charge owners whose pets need medication administered, a five dollar a day fee to give your pet medicine. They do it under the excuse of it takes extra time for the employees to give them medicine, enter the records into the system, and cover the cost of pill packs. I’m sorry, but what is the employee hourly rates supposed to be for then? So now you’re basically forced to pay about a 7 1/2 to 8% increase on the boarding rate above what’s already elevated. They also used to have a 10 day pack that you could purchase to get a little bit of a deal on their boarding. But that’s no longer an option now the only option is 14 days and you have to spend over $800 to get a little bit of a deal on daily boarding. There are other kennels in the area that may be in the same similar price range, but they don’t charge for administrating medications. And there are other kennels in the area that are only down in about the $40-$44 price range and seemed to be pretty well reviewed.\n\nSo long story short, basically you should have pretty good pet care just be prepared to have to really pay for it and be nickel and dimed in the process.
