5 stars to the employees\n0 stars to owners and manager Alexander\n\nMy dog was dismissed by Alexander and his mom Dina who are the franchise owners. He is a black lab puppy, Teddy, who had been going three times a week since January 2023.The two (mom and son) have the worse communication. Alexander apparently has anxiety or is SHY per his mom (thanks mom for bad mouthing your son). Sheesh Toxic. Took 2 days for Alexander to dismiss my dog for destroying a kennel. The last day for my dog at this business was a Friday. HIS MOM called me from California on a Sunday, two days later, to tell me my dog's time at this daycare was done. If you do not want to communicate with the owner or manager/Alex, please use this franchise.\n\nI DO NOT RECOMMEND GIVING YOUR MONEY TO THIS LOCATION!\n\nI hope the franchise owner and manager change in the future for better communication.THE EMPLOYEES ARE AWESOME, HENCE WHY I GIVE A 5 star.

Our puppy has a blast here! We love bringing her here to help burn some energy when we need to get chores done. She literally pulls me in their direction on a daily basis when we go outside. The staff is incredible, very knowledgeable and excellent at making us feel comfortable with them caring for our pup. They have seasonal activities for the dogs and we get daily photos of all of the fun she has. Highly recommend, they are a GREAT resource for dog owners!

Tila and Opie could not be happier that they found Dogdrop. They take great care of our pups! A mere mention of, “Do you want to go to Dogdrop” literally makes them hop up and down. The whole Dogdrop team is amazing. They are very communicative and send us pics of the fun the dogs are having every day they are there. The themed days are so great! Thank you Dogdrop Team for loving our babies as much as we do! I highly recommend this wonderful place and Opie and Tila do too!

We love DogDrop! Our 11-pound pup enjoys playing with other dogs, but is easily overwhelmed because of her small size. The team at DogDrop has worked hard to make sure she has a great experience, is with compatible pups, and that she has a great time. And for me, the convenience and ease of the drop-off/pick-up\nprocess can’t be beat. Highly recommend.

Our pup Ollie loves her time at Dogdrop (and so do we). The staff is always super welcoming and friendly, and Ollie is always so excited when she realizes we’re walking her to daycare. It’s great being able to take her in for the full day or just a few hours, especially because we can drop her off whenever we want and don’t have to plan things out ahead of time. I’d definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a doggy daycare!
