Petco

I have had fish my entire life. I have never been so incredibly belittled in front of other customers! Denying a customer a sale for fish, they want to purchase because you need to question everything about their fish set up is ridiculous. Repeatedly telling me the number if fish in my tank is already past max is comical at best. Our tank has been up for 3 years.... with more fish than currently has. Zero issues, minus a whoops where fish got trapped in a volcano bubbler. Hence getting new fish to replace them.\n\nDont even get me started on the checkout process.\n\nThis location is always cringe worthy.

I moved to Colorado about a year ago and needed to find a groomer for my three curly haired pups, and wanted to give this Petco a try before looking for a boutique or something else local. I met Lauren in February 2025 and she's a keeper. She's got such a sweet soul, always doing her best to care for customers and their dogs, is always communicative, predictable every single time with both the procedures in checking the pups in and the product of the haircuts, attentively points out if she finds anything amiss (like a bump showed up on one of my girls that I hadn't found yet), helps my anxious boy settle into the groom every single time, and has always been on time for drop offs and pickups. Even when staff at the salon have quit, she's the life that holds the place together. Lauren is truly my favorite person at Petco and I don't really pray, but if I did, I would pray that Lauren would never leave this salon 😂😅💜 She's earned my loyalty to this salon and this Petco; if she leaves, I will, too.

I love this location. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they even do adoption events and take donations for local animal rescues!

Staff was super unprofessional and rude and they clearly don’t care for their bettas, water all dirty half of them laying sideways on the bottom or top or just super bloated. poor babies. Lady straight up told me they don’t give them away they let them die there when ill got a 20% discount ONLY on a BASICALLY DEAD betta 🤬 just wanted to help the little dude.
