As a customer I was very pleased to work with Leigh and her knowledge on my tanks overall health. I’m pretty new to fish so the guidance was very helpful. I now have a healthy 29 gallon tank filled with happy fish.\nAll of the staff are always super kind. It’s not just another store. They will go out of their way to make sure your animal’s needs are truly met. It’s clear that everybody there loves animals and therefore makes it one of my favorite pet stores.\nLet’s not forget the fact that the store also has grooming, Vetco, and dog training! It’s one stop shop!

We did a private trading class with the dog trainer and it was a great. He really helped us figure out how to handle our dog’s behavior. We will definitely be signing up for the group class when our schedule frees up. Only bummer, and this is not the dog trainers fault at all, is that the training area they give the dog trainer is tiny.

Had a good experience here. Came in for some fish and the guy who helped us was awesome. And we had to get this really cool vanilla lobster

I went in on Saturday trying to get a walki-n appointment for the nail trim plus service and was told they didn't have any appointments that day and only one appointment for Sunday at 8 am. I said OK and woke up super early on a Sunday to be there on time. Walked to the door and was told that there wasn't a groomer there. I said OK when are they going to be there or what should I do. She asked if I wanted to speak to her manager. I said yes and the manager came over and said that she just found out that the groomer had called in sick and said that another groomer wasn't going to be there till 10 and they would call and try to get us in. So i left feeling frustrated and with no resolution at all. The groomer did call (which is why they get two stars instead of one) and basically said they were overbooked (which i understood with the other groomer calling out) and didn't think they would be able to get him in until Wednesday at the earliest unless there was a cancelation. Needless to say I'm very frustrated and wish they had done better at the customer service side and offered something better then just a sorry and a maybe. My suggestion is to offer something to someone if you aren't able to call them before the appointment to say you have to cancel. A little bit extra customer service from the manager would have gone a long way to keeping my business. I buy all my dogs food and treats and toys there. I was able to get my dog into another place first thing so looks like we will be going there instead.

Terrible place took my dog multiple times to get sedated, nails clipped, blood-work, and anal glands done, they kept telling me to reschedule and it’s been 4 times now… and they never updated us on things that we needed to do before the appointment. Never coming back again, terrible place and the people act like they’re scared of dogs when they work with dogs regularly.
