Love this store! Always have what I need. Never takes long to check out. The employees are always so helpful and nice. The manager is amazing. she’s just always so helpful and super nice she has been since I’ve been going there.

Riley is super duper fantastic absolutely the star at this location. Customer service is a 10/10. Riley is super knowledgeable and very helpful and valuable to this company. This should be the face of your business at this location she has manager qualities and is very professional and was kind and empathetic to my situation that took place at this location regarding some defective equipment. Riley save the day and save the store from getting one star and a terrible review if it was left up to you manager Carol two thumbs down very lazy, rude and unprofessional something I would expect from a clerk not the manager of PetCo. Carlos Shame on you for letting a much younger women who is a sales clerk outshine you today since you were standing there sulking with an attitude. I hope your 40 something year old who hired you as a manager was taking notes.

Very disappointed in today's service. Waited for 15 minutes in the fish area, no one offered to help. My husband found a manager and she said she'd try to find someone. After 15 minutes, manager walked by, turned her back to us and looked at her phone. After another 10 minutes, my husband stopped her again and she snapped, "I'm trying to find someone, just hang on!" About 10 minutes later, another woman came to help, but was not pleasant. She did get the $75 worth of fish, but offered no other assistance or help. We won't be back.

The grooming at this Petco is great unless you deal with the grooming manager Lauren.\nI got up early to take my dog in for grooming - drive 20 miles to the Southlands Petco only to be told they had no heat. I found out from the manager of the store that this had been going on for several weeks. Lauren was very unapologetic. She booked my dog for the next day. So my husband drove the 20 miles again only to be told we didn’t have an appointment, which she made. She finally did find the appointment and told my husband it would take 5 hours. Normally it is 1.5 hours. So, do the math - drive 20 miles home, wait 5 hours then another 40 going back and forth. 120 miles in 2 days to try and get my dog groomed. She knew we lived a distance but did not care. You would think a good manager would have gotten him done as soon as possible. Lauren offered nothing. I wanted her last name which she also refused to give. This person has no business in “management”. I called the manager of the store which offered nothing either. I am emailing customer relations about this. It is a shame as there are good groomers at this location. They need to either fire or demote their current salon manager. I won’t be taking our dog back there and will make a point of telling my dog owner friends about my 2 experiences. This was ridiculous. Plus who goes several weeks without heat?

The whole team is amazing. This is definitely the place to go for pet needs. I also picked up this thing called VCP. It’s a membership plan that saves me TONS of money on pet supplies. Definitely ask about it if you don’t have it. Anyways, great staff, great store, 100% recommended to a friend.
