The Big Tool Box staff on Holly & County line in Centennial are all so knowledgeable and patient. Todd took the time to explain how to program the new remote I had bought. He checked to make sure the 2 battery powered devices I brought in would work with the batteries I had also bought there. This store has just about anything a person needs and the staff makes sure you know how to work things you buy or if your have questions about how things in your home should work. A most wonderful place. No Grinches there!!

Nathan and the gal in the garden center were great. This was the only location with the shed I was looking for in stock. They delivered it to my house for free (we live VERY close). Came back two days later for a firewood rack and Ian found it right away and grabbed a ladder to retrieve it. Awesome inventory at this store, definitely going to be my new go-to spot.

Todd & Veldon were both so helpful and went above & beyond to help us with a website order and equipment delivery. The staff and selection at this Big Tool box is incredible we will be back.

But I love about this store is that they are always willing to help the customer. This morning, Todd went above and beyond making sure I found the exact product I needed as quickly as I needed it and right when I arrived, despite it being before the store opening :-) can't promise it every time, but I'm grateful he saw my need today

Todd and Veldon were such a big help! I had a big list of things I needed and Todd brought me to each item, it made my experience so much more enjoyable. Thanks for being so amazing :)
