I am so happy! I was looking for a new groomer, I was nervous to see how it would go at this new place. But I came out with no regrets! I could tell he loved her afterwords too! Highly would recommend. He ended up looking super cute!

I am so thankful for Grooming by Aly! I have a shelter dog who’s never been groomed professionally and has a lot of anxiety, and from the minute we walked into the salon, Luna was exploring and interested in Aly. I’ve never seen my girl warm up to someone so fast, which says a lot about Aly’s energy. The groom itself was done really well and Aly was very communicative about timing estimates. Lu had some pretty bad matting and her nails needed some work. When I picked up my fur baby, her tail was wagging and she looked absolutely beautiful! The matting was completely taken care of and her nails/paws were trimmed (that alone speaks to Aly’s skill as a dog groomer because Lu HATES her paws being touched). Aly also gave me tips on how to maintain Luna’s fur in between grooms and I felt safe/comfortable to ask questions. I will absolutely be returning. If your pet is anxious and you’re looking for a groomer who is kind, calm and loves animals, choose Grooming by Aly. I’m so thankful, and I know Luna is too 🤍

I recently took my little puppy to Alys for grooming and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. Initially, I inquired about grooming my puppy's bottom area. Given that he is small, lightweight, and generally easy to groom, I anticipated a thorough service.\n\nUpon arrival, I noticed the water bowl was dirty, which was my first concern. After grooming, I was surprised to find out that his teeth hadn't been brushed, even though I asked about it. Unfortunately, the services provided seemed minimal, with only a wash and a slight trim around his face. For a total of $100 ($75 for the grooming and a $25 tip), I expected a more comprehensive service.\n\nI attempted to address my concerns by texting the groomer to confirm if the bottom area had been attended to, but her response was lacking. She simply stated, "Hi, I must have forgot, sorry." There was no offer to rectify the situation or have me bring my puppy back for the missed service, which left me feeling disregarded.\n\nIt seems there may be a greater focus on aesthetics and maintaining an Instagram presence than on addressing customer needs and complaints. As a pet owner, finding a reliable groomer who listens and responds to specific requests is crucial, and sadly, this experience fell short. I hope Aly can improve her customer service approach in the future, as it is essential for dog parents to feel heard and valued.\n\nFor now, I will be seeking a different groomer who better aligns with my expectations as a pet owner who rectifies the mishap and doesn’t ignore your texts but has time to post on Instagram

My new puppy was attended to at Grooming by Aly. I really loved the service. Aly left her soft and smelling delicious, and Nala. I loved spending time with her.
