I love bringing my frenchie Boogie to the Dog house grooming! He always smells so good afterward and she always does what i ask for and pays attention to detail. I trust my dog with them and Florencia is super professional and friendly! Highly recommend 💕

I have trusted Florencia for over 13 years, going back to when she had her grooming and boarding business in Miami Beach. She is truly the best! Florencia has a genuine love for animals, and it shows in the way she treats every dog as if they were her own.\n\nOver the years, she has groomed and cared for my dogs with incredible patience, skill, and attention to detail. What sets her apart is not only her expertise, but also her kindness, reliability, and the peace of mind she gives you as a pet parent. I always know my dogs are in safe and loving hands when they are with her.\n\nIf you’re looking for someone you can completely trust with grooming or boarding, this is the one. The owner, Florencia is a rare gem in this industry. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Florencia is the best! I’m new to the Miami area and found her by luck very happy I did. I leave my dog Milo for boarding and grooming. She is the best my dog, Milo is always happy when he arrives and when I pick him up .Florencia ,the best in North Miami Beach. She care so much for your pet! 💙🥰

I was looking for a reliable and responsive sitter and groomer for my dog and found The Dog House through Google reviews. While Florencia replied quickly with her boarding rate, the professionalism ended there. When I asked to stop by for a brief meet and greet and tour, she brushed me off and said she’d get back to me shortly—then never followed up. No communication, no explanation. If this is how they handle prospective clients, I’d be very concerned about the level of care and reliability once your pup is in their hands. I moved on and would not recommend.

We put our dog, Lagertha here. Florencia is wonderful, we got an update whenever we asked. The place is big and our dog came back happy and clean. I recommend this place as a dog boarding
