Exceptional care and support! We had taken our sweet Snoopy to another vet and little did we know, they weren’t very attentive. They are a bit of a drive from our house, but I will gladly make the trip for the impeccable care they have shown our Snoopy! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Extremely grateful for Dr. Canino and his amazing team for taking care of my Frenchie. She needed an emergency surgery, and if it wasn’t for them seeing her that same day, I honestly don’t know if she would’ve made it through the next. After calling so many vets and being turned away or told to wait until the following day, Dr. Canino and his team didn’t hesitate to help. I’m beyond thankful for everything they did for saving my baby. She’s truly part of our family, and I’ll forever be thankful for what you did. 🐾❤️\n\nA special thank-you to Laz, the office manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we were seen that same day and handled everything with compassion and professionalism.\nThank you all for your dedication, kindness, and for treating my little one like family.

They recently saw both of my pets, Achilles and Spicy Tuna, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.\n​The staff is amazing across the board. Kristy at the front desk consistently goes above and beyond to help with whatever is needed, she is incredibly helpful and makes you feel instantly welcome. Our vet, Dr. Yeisly Canino, was absolutely wonderful with both of my babies, showing genuine care and patience. Even the tech, Vanessa, was noticeably gentle and kind during the procedures.\n​What truly sets this clinic apart is their commitment to transparency and communication: the exam and shots were done right in the room with me, and Dr. Canino takes her time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly.\n​If you are looking for compassionate, professional, and thorough veterinary care, look no further. I wanted to take this opportunity to write a review for Doral Veterinary Care. We have been taking our cats to Dr. Canino and Staff for several years and have always been impressed by their professional and caring manner when treating our cats. One example that comes to mind is when we had to put down our 18 year old cat. Not only were Dr. Canino and staff supportive we had a card sent to our home with caring words about our beloved pet. They go above and beyond. When we call in they know us and go out of their way to meet our needs. We would highly recommend Dr. Canino and entire staff!

The quality of this practice has declined significantly over the years, and today my wife and I made the decision to terminate our relationship with the clinic due to repeated unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from Dr. Canino’s front office staff, specifically Cristy (receptionist) and Lazaro Lopez (manager).\n\nDuring our most recent interaction, both individuals raised their voices, stated they did not care how long we had been clients, and the manager abruptly hung up on us when we asked for our pets’ medical records. We had simply called to request a previously-prescribed nausea medication for our Goldendoodle before a last-minute trip, something Dr. Canino has approved in the past, and were told the doctor would not accept calls or messages on his day off. The tone and refusal to assist felt completely misaligned with the level of care we have historically received from Dr. Canino.\n\nWe entrusted this practice with our five pets, and unfortunately this was not an isolated incident. We have repeatedly encountered:\n• Incorrect or incomplete medical records\n• Staff insisting our pets had not been seen in over a year, when the last visit was only weeks prior\n• Confusion regarding vaccines, names, and visit history\n•A defensive and dismissive attitude when errors were pointed out\n•Zero effort to escalate concerns to the doctor or facilitate communication\n\nOn multiple occasions, we expressed our concerns constructively but with frustration. Instead of accountability or improvement, we received attitude and resistance. Today, after formally notifying them that we would no longer be continuing care with the clinic, we received an unprofessional email suggesting the feeling was mutual, further proving the lack of professionalism.\n\nIt is disappointing to see a practice with a trusted veterinarian be undermined by staff who lack professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. As a business owner myself, I understand the impact the wrong team can have on a reputation. Unfortunately, it appears this staff is doing just that.\n\nWe hope Dr. Canino addresses his staffing issues for the sake of future patients. Should he wish to hear firsthand how his staff spoke to us, he is welcome to contact me directly, he has my number.\n\nFor anyone reading this, we recommend seeking care elsewhere until these serious administrative and customer-service issues are resolved.\n\nAND As expected, their response below of zero accountability for the disrespect, screaming and hanging up the phone abruptly when asked to provide medical records, yet they don’t tolerate disrespect right? The hypocrisy is real. Waste of time.
