I brought my Doberman puppy, Luna, to Collar & Comb and the experience was AMAZING. Anastasia was our groomer and she was so kind, patient, and gentle with Luna. You can tell she truly loves animals and takes pride in her work.\n\nLuna can be a little nervous with new people, but Anastasia made her feel calm and comfortable the whole time. Her coat came out shiny, soft, and smelling great—and she looked so happy afterwards!\n\nThe staff was friendly, the salon was super clean, and the whole process felt easy and stress-free. I’m so grateful we found a place we can trust with our pup. We’ll definitely be coming back. 🐾❤️

For nearly five years, I've trusted Collar & Comb with the love of my life - my Golden Retriever. I regularly brig him to their Sunset location and recently got to check out the new Santa Monica Blvd location (at the corner of SM and La Cienega). The quality and care are truly outstanding. The groomers are AKC certified, so I know my dog is in safe hands. They're also incredibly knowledgeable and have been a huge help in managing his skin and allegy issues, including hot spots.\nThe de-shedding treatment is pure magic—it makes an unbelievable difference in my Golden Retriever's shedding. I'm constantly amazed by how little fur I find on my clothes and furniture. It's a testament to their work that people are always remarking on how soft and healthy my dog's coat is. Recently, even after a swim in the ocean, a family member commented on how good he still smelled thanks to his grooming!\nMy dog absolutely adores his groomer, Anastasia, and eagerly runs over to her. The front desk staff, especially Earl and Charis, are amazing. I've known Paul for years and highly recommend his team. Be sure to check out the Santa Monica location, too—their Pistachio matcha latte is fantastic! When it comes to safety and top-notch grooming, you won't find a better place than Collar & Comb.

This place has your animals best interest in mind always. There is no other place I’ll recommend. 10/10. These professionals are committed to going above and beyond to make sure your pets needs are met and prepares them to stay healthy and well!!!

Beth did a great job. She works so hard. There we’re back to back dogs. There are yummy snacks for the dogs. Overall I’m very happy with the end results. They were very busy so we were here for 3 1/2 hours. So I think they could really use more staff and help especially to clean up the dog fur.

I phoned for appointment for Spa Day, the works. That’s what my newly adopted Boy needs. It was a pleasure speaking with Paul, Owner. His appt. Is coming up 10/3. Add’tl praises after his first spa day\nUPDATE: Unfortunately the appointment setting was much more pleasant than the actual appointment. I will Never return here & here’s why: the groomer didn’t speak any English which didn’t help. She seemed clueless on what to do in a case of a Dog freaking out & choking on the leash hold while blasting air to dry. Twice my dog almost hung himself. I couldn’t move fast enough to rescue him & tell the groomer & other worker there, that the session is Stopped! And turn that damn blower off!! Don’t be fooled by anything you see in photos nor during a booking over the phone with the owner Paul. He becomes very nasty/pissy to hear something went wrong. I’m thankful I thought it not a good idea to leave my dog for the said duration. God knows what would have happened. I Do Not Recommend Collar & Comb any location
