Bonnie and Michael are awesome! They are gentle with our pets and treat each one very special. They remember every small detail requested and my dog is always so proud and happy to show off after her grooming.\nMy dog is extremely nervous; especially around other people. Bonnie and Michael have been the only groomers she feels safe with, and I am so grateful to them for treating her so well.\nGreat, friendly, professional, and punctual duo!!

Bonnie and Mike did such a fantastic job of handling and grooming my three rescue kitties this morning, especially our Hamlet, Siamese Lynx point/Main-coon mix who got a lion cut. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they handled my kitties with no stress. I recommend them highly and will definitely use them again and send them referrals. Thanks so much to you both. Gratefully, R Vivian

My husband and I love Salty Dog & Cool Cat. We have 2 long haired cats that we get bathed and lion cuts regularly. Bonnie and her husband are extremely friendly and they always do an amazing job with our cats. Amazing service. Would highly recommend!

I've been a faithful and gratified customer for over 15 years, since their brick and mortar store in West Hollywood. Bonnie and Mac are gentle and pleasant but I return for their expertise and convenience along with the great value I get as compared to other groomers. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone and look forward to many more years of business with these outstanding groomers...keep up the fantastic work guys!

I am so thankful to these experienced professionals. They have been shaving my cat for about a year. On our last visit, Cool Cat noticed that my cats skin was dehydrated and brought it to my attention. I made a vet appointment and found out that she had a UTI infection. As a senior cat, left untreated, she could have had kidney failure.\nMy hats off to Cool Cat!!! THANK YOU!!!!!
