We had a lovely time. There were so many cute toys and even a Little Beast Peanut themed bag. They got a bag of organic green bananas treat for my dog with liver disease. They were so helpful and personable. I definitely plan on coming again to purchase more toys and treats for my two fur babies. 🐶

I LOVE PGB! This place has the cutest cat toys filled with catnip that my little guy loves. They always have new stuff and my kitty is obsessed with every treat I bring home for him from here. His fav are the bonita flakes and the amica science salmon!!! Their dog stuff is amazing too. I can't help but check out everything when I pop by even though I don't even have a dog. Truly love this place and it's 100% pet approved! 😍

I ordered a harness for my dog online that I returned. They authorized my return via email but never actually issued the refund to me. I have tried contacting them via email for months without a reply, and when I tried going through my bank to dispute the charge, they claimed the merchandise was still with me despite never replying to my emails. It’s funny how they had time to reply to the bank but not multiple emails from me requesting an update. Be wary about doing business with them.

The metal on my Sunny Tails collar tarnished (turned silver) due to the metal tag rubbing/scratching and perhaps other weathering. The collar still looks cute, was just unexpected. I contacted Pretty Good Boy and Kristen contacted me directly to resolve the issue. I appreciate the attention they gave to me as a customer. Highly recommend ordering through Pretty Good Boy.
