The grooming team is very friendly and prepared. My dog love to go there for a Bath. I usually book with Sam and she is the best

I brought my doggie, Penelope, in for a bath, fur trim, nail clipping, etc. the employee charged me nearly $80 but said he couldn’t do many of the items because my doggie was “squirming”. Penny isn’t aggressive nor does she bark or bite or anything. She’s a 14 pound mini dachshund — it seems absurd to charge $80 but not accomplish the only task requested. I mentioned the most important thing is a fur trim as she has so much hair and of course that wasn’t done.
