We are a 501c3 Animal Rescue (I STAND WITH MY PACK) and we had a great time at their grand opening event. This is a wonderful place to socialize with your pets and friends, drink some great coffee and eat snacks while your pups play and get groomed. The groomer did a wonderful job on our foster dogs. They also support local rescue organizations, which is very much appreciated!!!

The groomers at Collar Club are amazing! They are really attentive and do a proper consultation before getting started. I have a Havanese/shih-tzu mix and her coat can be very difficult to manage. Not only is the end result superb, but it is also speedy. She’s 8 years old and I’ve had her since she was a puppy and has been groomed many many times and I’ve rarely seen her pleased to see a groomer. I can tell that they are very patient and gentle with her.\n\nBonus!!! This location has a cafe and patio area! I had lunch and read a book while waiting for my dog to be done.

I can’t say enough good things about this place honestly it’s just the best. From the moment we walked in it was super clean and not like other groomers where it smells bad or crowded. My little terrier (Martie) usually shakes like crazy anytime I take her somewhere but here she was calm right away the groomer let her sniff around and didn’t rush her which I really appreciated.\n\nI sat in the cafe part had a latte and watched Martie through the glass the whole time which was nice cause usually I get nervous leaving her. They finished faster than I expected and when I got her back she looked brand new fluffy soft and smelled great but not like overly perfumey just clean. Her haircut was actually exactly how I asked which almost never happens anywhere else.\n\nThe people here are so nice and patient and you can just tell they love dogs. Honestly this is the best grooming experience we ever had and I’m not going anywhere else. 5 stars easy.

First time getting my little baby kitty groomed, and he was very nervous. Sam the groomer was amazing—patient, supportive, and gentle throughout the entire process. He took his time with the wash, blow dry, nails, ears, and glands, making sure my kitty felt as comfortable as possible. I truly appreciate the care and attention given. Excellent customer service—thank you so much Charise!

I took my 2 dogs here in October and I still think about how bad this was. I have a golden retriever and a German shepherd. They both get nervous with the blow dryers but usually we go to tailwashers and they are able to dry them. I wanted to try collar and comb because it’s 2 minutes from my place. The groomer was unable to dry either of them and also didn’t do any de-shedding. I got 2 wet dogs returned to me.\n\nThe owner is a bit rude and I read similar reviews about him while I was waiting for my dogs to be done, so now I understand. One minute he’s nice and hospitable, the next he’s kind of gives curt replies. Example- I asked if my golden retriever could get water while we were waiting for one of my shepherd to be washed. He said very quickly without even looking at me “there are bowls all around” (they were all empty)\n\nThe owner does the payment total manually on his phone. He doesn’t tell you he automatically adds 30% gratuity, he just shows you the total. He ALSO turns the phone around to ask you for a tip. I didn’t know about the auto gratuity until I got the receipt emailed to me. The total was close to $500 for basic baths. We will never come here again, and I’d rather drive out of the way to a groomer than bring my dogs here
