I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dogtopia, and I especially want to recognize Von for his outstanding customer service. Every time I drop off my dog, Willow, he takes the time to share specific details about how she’s doing, how her day went, and any activities she participated in. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing that he truly pays attention to each dog as an individual. He also does a great job keeping me informed about upcoming activities and services and is always encouraging me to take advantage of everything Dogtopia has to offer. His warm greetings and positive attitude make every visit a great experience. I also want to recognize the rest of the Dogtopia staff. Everyone has been incredibly kind and welcoming. Willow is naturally very shy and usually takes a while to warm up to new people, but she seems to love everyone there. The staff knows her by name and greets her every morning, which makes me feel like she’s truly cared for. When I pick her up, she always comes out with her tail wagging and giving everyone kisses. It’s clear that the team genuinely loves the dogs and works hard to make them feel comfortable, safe, and happy. Thank you to Von and the entire Dogtopia team for taking such great care of Willow. We truly appreciate everything you do! 🐾❤️

I absolutely LOVE this place! We (me and Levi the 4 month old puppy) just finished our first week here. On day 2 the staff already knew me and which puppy was mine! I get pictures throughout the day, they do events weekly, and I can watch him on the live stream cameras! This week he had a photo shoot and a day at the pool. He’s so happy and exhausted, it’s made a huge difference! He’s even made a best friend!!

Willow loves coming to Dogtopia. They have the best hours for me as a healthcare worker. Willow is always playing her heart out, and I get to watch it all on the cameras! The best part is how calm she is at night. All the staff take such good care of her and give photo updates!

Our pup absolutely loves Dogtopia! From the very first visit, it only took a few minutes for us to feel like family there. Whether it's daycare with all her furry friends or boarding when we're away, we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff is incredible—they genuinely love what they do. They know every dog's name, and you can tell the dogs are just as excited to see them! As soon as we pull into the parking lot, our girl starts wiggling with anticipation, knowing exactly where she is and who she's about to see. A huge shoutout to Von and Nailah—they have truly been the best! It's obvious how much they care about the dogs and their jobs. We were given a full tour before signing up, and we were impressed by how clean, bright, and modern the facility is. The webcams are fantastic too—we even watched our pup playing while we were riding a train through Italy! We receive regular updates and adorable pictures throughout the day, which makes being away so much easier. At just 10 months old, we feel completely comfortable leaving our pup at Dogtopia. It's such a relief knowing she's in loving, capable hands. She always comes home happily exhausted from a full day of play, especially on fun event days like FOMO Foam Thursdays and bobbing for gold on St. Paddy’s Day! Thank you, Von, Nailah, and the entire Dogtopia team for loving our pup as much as we do. We couldn't recommend them more highly!

I LOVE this place and so does my puppy! We have a 7 month mixed breed that has so much energy. I don’t mind dropping him off for a full day of play as this staff takes such good care of him! He comes home exhausted and just wants to sleep next to us. Win/win for our household!
