I was seriously impressed with this Unleashed location. Every single employee I ran into was so friendly and actually helpful—it makes such a difference. All staff acknowledged me or said hello in a friendly manner and offered to help me find anything I might need.\n\nI brought my dog Bobby in to get microchipped at the Vetco clinic here, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the vet and her crew. They were so amazing with him. He can be a bit hit-or-miss at the vet, but their demeanor was so gentle and friendly that it kept him totally calm while they placed the chip.\n\nOn top of the great care, it was way lower cost than most other places I looked into. Definitely an all-around positive experience, and I’m glad I found this team!

Staff is usually very helpful and checkout is always quick despite being such a small checkout area. Also tried car pickup and they were out within a minute to drop off the big bag of dog food. Thank you!!

I'm usually treated really well at this location. The employee I worked with for this transaction was very nice and accommodating. I enjoy popping in here from time to time to get treats for my dog. The big reusable bag was also a nice bonus.

This is my neighborhood unleashed store, I’ve been coming to them for 4-5 years now and everyone is typically super friendly and helpful. They’ve never gone out of their way to be an a hole. But the manager Ronda is always extremely rude, disrespectful and has no manners at all. She goes above and beyond to make it known that she’s having a bad day and wants everyone else to feel that negative energy too.\n\nShe has snagged things from in front of me while looking like I’m inconveniencing her for not moving out of her way.\n\nI sent my wife to do a return for us without a receipt and Ronda didn’t want to do the return without an ID even though the purchase was connected to the rewards number my partner was giving her. On top of that she was being extremely rude to her throughout that entire conversation as she typically is when we’ve had to unfortunately interact with her.
