Great selection of pet supplies and friendly staff who always seem eager to help. The grooming services are top-notch; my fur baby always comes out looking fabulous. Love that they host pet adoption events too—such a wonderful way to connect pups with their forever homes!

I recently checked out this pet supply store while looking for food and a few things for my dog, and I ended up having a pretty good experience. The store felt clean and organized, which made it easy to find what I needed without walking around forever. They had a solid selection too, not just the usual basic stuff. One employee even pointed me toward a better option for treats after I mentioned my dog can be picky. I didnt feel pressured to buy extra things, which I appreciated. Overall the place had a friendly vibe and I’d definitely come back again when I need more pet supplies.

Worst PetSmart I’ve ever been to. We signed up for a dog training course, and the store canceled it at the last minute. We were told we could get a refund at any PetSmart, so we drove to another location, only to be told that was wrong and we had to return to the original store. After driving back, we were told the manager wasn’t there, so they couldn’t process the refund. We’ve also tried calling to get the refund over the phone - NOPE.\n\nWe’ve now spent more on gas and wasted more time than the class was worth. Every employee gave us different information, and no one took responsibility. The customer service is unbelievably incompetent. Avoid this location. If I could give it a zero star, I would. PetSmart needs to DO BETTER.

This Petco is very conveniently located and very organized! They take great care of the animals that are for sale aswell!! The fish tanks are clean, and the enclosures clean as well! The staff are always very nice, and it's super easy to find stuff in this store with the signs they have placed above each section! Thank you, PetSmart, for the awesome service!

We had such a great experience with Yaya at PetSmart! After a previous negative encounter with another groomer, I was hesitant to return, but Yaya was professional, kind, and incredibly patient with my nervous pup, Pippa. She even corrected my booking mistake and ensured everything was done perfectly. I left her a gratuity and will absolutely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!😇
