I've taken my bestie here twice and have been impressed twice! Love that she's not spending hours in a crate and comes out looking and feeling great. Friendly staff, Price is reasonable and they have cute freebies to go when you pick your pup up. I will be a loyal customer for years to come - thanks Besties!

I had such a wonderful experience at Bestest Dog Spa! The location is super easy to access, and having a good parking lot right next to it. From the moment we walked in, the man at the reception was incredibly kind and welcoming. He explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable leaving my dog there.\nA special thank you to Lily, who did the grooming so beautifully. She was attentive, professional, and clearly cared about doing a great job. My dog came back looking absolutely adorable, clean, and perfectly groomed. I’m genuinely so happy with the results.\nYou can tell this place really cares about both the pets and their owners. My dog will definitely be coming back.

The crew at Besties is the Best!\n\nI've been bringing my Goldendoodle to Besties for a while now, and the team has been great. She used to be nervous about her nails, but their patience and gentle approach have really helped her overcome these fears. I recently brought along our new young puppy and they volunteered to help me desensitize her as well.\n\nBeyond the skill and care, they're flexible, affordable, and the daycare playtime is a great bonus. Highly recommend to any Mission Hills dog parent!

Absolutely lovely experience from start to finish! The front staff was really kind and the Groomer was very professional and loving towards my pet. This was my first time coming in, and I showed up as a walk-in fully expecting them to not have availability, but they went above and beyond to accommodate me. When I picked up my pup, she was quite excited and looked well taken care of. I had to do a short cut this time as I went a little crazy with the home trim around her snout, but they made her look adorable. Would highly recommend :)

I have had Cocker Spaniels for 40 years and in that time I have never found a groomer better than Tabitha at Besties. In fact, we have had three bad experiences with other salons where my dogs were injured. I never have to worry about Tabitha and my dog Allie, LOVES her!!!! Tabitha is like the "Dog Whisperer" of groomers. 🥰
