My family has used this mobile grooming for years. We have 4 dogs and even though we have been loyal customers this company could care less. They have set up a confirmation system to respond to and every time I confirm I get a text late at night to confirm again and because its so late I never see the text and I get completely cancelled on. Trust me, we will never contact you again but I want others to know this company does not value them. They seem to go out of their way to not service a home that has consistently needed them for years. You win, We will never need you again.

This place was recommended to me by a friend of mine, so we decided to try it. The first cut seemed fine. Second cut they cut his ears too short and he didn't look like a Yorkie anymore, and it was very uneven. Third cut two weeks ago. We let her know last time she had him in the van he came in limping, and to be careful of his back leg just in case. She also was well aware that he has to be muzzled to have his nails cut. 30 minutes later he comes in on 3 legs and won't put his leg down. I immediately text her and asked if something happened to his leg and told her he wouldn't put it down and she insisted that he was fine and good and sat most of the time. I said are you sure? Because he never is good getting his nails cut. She continued to deny anything happened. I told her I would be taking him to the vet to get it checked out. Took him to the vet and they said his ACL is completely torn and he would need surgery or never be able to use it again. So we had to get him surgery. ($3500) All she said when I texted her that was poor baby and that her dog had that surgery 3 months ago and was told it was hereditary?? It's not!!\nNot taking accountability for it or anything! I texted her today that I wanted a refund because the vet said something had to have happened while she was grooming him, because his ACL wouldn't completely tear if nothing happened. She has yet to respond. What a disgrace! Please do not let them touch your dog or cat. Read the other bad reviews and I promise you your dog or cat will thank you! This is not over yet. They owe me for hurting our poor Yorkie!\nAlso, her assistant was seen through our window sitting in the passenger seat playing on his phone the entire time. I said how did you cut his nails if your assistant was sitting up front and she tried to say she did the nails first with him, which I don't believe. I believe something happened and she got mad at him so he went to sit up front. Why else would he be an assistant if he's not assisting her??? Shady business!

We couldn't be happier. I needed to get my cat shave as the hind end matt's were extreme. Cindy was great with my wild girl and shave her with no nicks or cuts. Itty bitty was so happy straight out of the van so I know she had a good time and not traumatized. I absolutly will call again.

DO NOT USE THIS BUISNESS. Today we had our dogs groomed, both small dogs. I asked the groomers to not shave them down to the skin, and mentioned to keep their fur at a reasonable length. Not twenty minutes later, they returned, with the dogs shaved down to the skin. One of our dogs was bleeding from 5 different razor burns. I then called the business number when I returned from work, and the lady who identified herself as the owner, responded to my complaint, with "I don't need to deal with complaints today", and promptly hung up on me. If you love your pets even the slightest bit, this business is not for you. What they did to our dogs is borderline animal abuse.

We had been using this groomer since 2023 and always had positive experiences with Nikki. However, during our recent visit, a different groomer shaved our dog too closely, against our explicit request. Our pups came home with razor burn.\nWhen my husband expressed frustration and concern, he was hung up on. He was frustrated but didn’t raise his voice or anything. Then she proceeded to comment about his attitude. I’m sorry not sorry these our fur babies and they were so shaved down that one of my babies has nic above is nose. There was zero care or accountability. This is not just about a grooming issue. It’s about how clients — and their pets — are treated when something goes wrong.\nIf a business cannot handle constructive criticism or offer empathy when a client is expressing concern, they should not be in a service-based industry. The way this business handled our concern says everything — and it’s not okay. We won’t be returning. We recommend no one uses this company.
