Kobe had such a great time at Tails Resort! He went for daycare and had so much fun playing with the other dogs. The staff was friendly and caring, and it gave me peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. He came home happy and tired! We’ll definitely be back!

There are simply not enough words to express my gratitude to the incredible team at Tails Pet Resort.\n\nLeaving your fur baby behind is never easy, no matter if it’s for a day or an extended stay. In my case, it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, and from the very beginning, the staff understood that. They didn’t just care for Cloe - they cared for me, too.\n\nEvery single day I received a daily report card including the most beautifully captured photos of Cloe. Those updates became the highlight of my day. Seeing her happy, playing, relaxing, making friends, and being genuinely loved gave me comfort during an incredibly difficult time. It never felt like a generic update—it was clear they truly knew her personality and treated her as one of their own.\n\nThe love, patience, compassion, and professionalism shown by everyone at Tails Pet Resort is something I’ll never forget. Knowing Cloe was safe, happy, and surrounded by people who genuinely adore animals allowed me to focus on what I needed to, without constantly worrying about her.\n\nTo everyone at Tails Pet Resort: thank you for treating Cloe like family. You didn’t just provide boarding—you gave us both peace of mind during a time when we needed it most. The best dog boarding I've ever dealt with. The staff is very friendly, the facility is very clean, and they have multiple big play areas (indoor and outdoor) for the dogs. One of the only The "condos" where the dogs relax and sleep are very spacious and clean (doesnt smell like urine like most other boarding facilities). There have live cameras in the play areas and they send you many pictures and a report card everyday. The staff actually plays and interacts with your dog several tiems a day. During the holidays they have themed pictures of your dog ( thr picture attached is my dog Maverick, on valentine's day). There pricing is slightly higher than other Facilities, but the amenities, awesome staff, cleanliness, and peace of mind of the safety of your dog is well worth the price!!\nDid I mention they offer grooming services as well?? Lol.

We love Tails! I have been boarding my dog with them for several years now and it’s a great experience every time. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. I never have to worry about the wellbeing of my dog while she is there. They send daily report cards with photos and there is 24/7 access to view the live camera feed of the play yards. Definitely recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love taking my pet here for daycare. They are considerate of the temperatures for your owt. There are covers, fans, and misters on those hot days. There is plenty of water for the dogs. I like that they jeep up with vaccines, as well. My Angus loves going to play with the other dogs. The staff is always welcoming to pets and pet parents. Angus is tired at the end of the day but not really dirty. Very happy with our experience.
