If you have a special breed pet BEWARE. I have a Pomeranian that had the most amazing fur. I visited Woof Gang for a couple of years with no problems. One year ago I took my pet in for a groom and asked that she get trimmed. Richard was at the front desk that day. When I returned to pick up my dog, she had been SHAVED!! Pomeranians are a double coat breed that should never be shaved. Richard implied that she was so matted when she came in that it required her to be shaved. That was a lie. He looked at the card to see who groomer her and shook his head. Never apologized if made any offer to refund the cost of the grooming. I have waited one year to write this review in hopes that the fur would grow out as beautiful as before, but her coat was ruined and has not grown back. Below are before and after pictures. She no longer has any of her gorgeous brown fur. Only her undercoat remains and she now appears white. She was a show quality dog. Richard did not care that my pet was special and beautiful.

My experience with the Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Skye Canyon was amazing! I called very last minute to see if I’d be able to bring in our two pups for a nail trim and they fit me in right away. I think I was in the shop for maybe 15-20 minutes, if that. Everyone was so kind and it was an in and out process. I will absolutely be bringing our girls back here when they need another nail trim. Thank you all so much!

Went to get some birthday goodies for my pups first birthday!!! I got the cutest hat & cookie for him!! So many fun treats and items at this store!

Whenever we come to town we get our husky groomed, unless he was very recently groomed, since we stay with family. We have been coming to this and the Centennial location for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff, especially Michelle, are friendly and seem to be great with our pups and they've always honored our requests. It's also convenient that we never seem to have to wait very long to be able to bring them in if we have an impromptu trip and have a short time to schedule.

I dropped off my dog for grooming and made certain to be very specific with what my dog needed. He was being shown the next day, and per requirements must be in his natural coat. I told the front desk girl this multiple times, and she told me that she understood. I told her that I wanted her to write it down to make sure that he was not touched other than His nails, trimmed and privacy trimmed. I watched her write it on the back of his card. I brought in his vaccination records, and they were never requested. This is a huge concern for me about the health and safety concerns of dog disease is going around that vaccinations are not checked. When I picked my dog up, he was acting fine and very happy, he seemed to have had a nice time. He has not used to going to the professional Groomer, Because of his sport of showing, I usually just bathe him at home. I made an appointment this time because I was On my schedule. I immediately noticed that he had been Dramatically cut. I asked the girl at the front desk if he Immediately told me that it was only De shedding. I took him out into the sunlight and could see scissor marks all over his chest and stomach. They had also completely cut away his mane Which in Circles his face. His look is very specific to his breed. He has never lost a competition that he has been entered in. This competition, he was immediately disqualified For not being in his natural coat. I called the store twice now to speak with the Groomer and have not had my call returned. I simply requested a bath, nail trim, and privacy trim. I was very specific that he was not to be touched with clippers. Lodi now will be waiting six months for his natural coat to grow back.
