My daughter took my granddog, Copper, to Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming in Henderson for a nail trim about 15 minutes before closing a few weeks ago. It was later that evening when she realized that Copper kept licking his paws. When she took a closer look, the skin on his toe pad was cut like a flap, hanging and bleeding a little. She examined the other paw and there was a similar cut, not quite as deep. We took Copper to the veterinarian clinic first thing the next morning with no appointment and the doctor had to give him an anesthetic to knock him out to clean and bandage his feet. He had to wear the bandages and the cone of shame for 2 weeks, poor little man. When my daughter reached out to talk to the business owner, Carrie Little, the CFO replied back to us and said she would review the footage of the groomer (Samantha) because they record everything. Carrie told my daughter that everything went smoothly and there was no evidence of any wrong doing on Samantha's part. My daughter asked Carrie if she could see the footage and she never responded. (I'm not surprised) I want people to be aware of this so they can inspect their fur babies thoroughly if they choose to use this establishment after reading this review. It's unfortunate that Carrie did not respond to my daughter, just to give her a peace of mind. We will never go back there, not even to shop, and neither should you.
