This store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I only wish there was a bit more selection, but they have plenty of choices within the 'necessities' and reliably keep their selections in inventory. (ie, you won't find a food or treat your pet loves only to find it missing from the shelf when you come back for more)\nAthena was very impressed on her first trip today!

Miranda was the groomer for our dog, Max. She explained the services that would be provided and the cost. Max is rescue and needed extra attention which he received. She was terrific with him and he looked gorgeous.

I'm happy about their professionalism and the way they groomed our 2 babies. The only thing I did not like is that they nicked Baily's ear without telling me. Maybe the guy did not know but how is that possible? I used to groom my own dogs and I did not this time because a lack of time and to be honest I am not that good at it but when I am cutting, if I nick them, you will hear them yelp or trust me you will know. If they simply told me that this happened and they put something on it, I would have no problem and would have left 5 stars but I am a little disappointed that this happened. I am not a picky guy but c'mon this is common sense. I don't complain about my own hair cuts if a barber messes up but this is not cool guys.

Wow. I was very disappointed today. I could not find one associate to help me and my son. I went in looking for love mealworms. After desperately walking through the whole store to find someone, I went to the front to ask the young lady at the register to send help to the reptile section. The only reason I needed help was to ask why all the love mealworms seemed very dead. After waiting another 10 minutes after the girl called for help, still nothing. I left empty handed.
