The team with Las Vegas K9 Training has been amazing. We have a 7 year old Husky and an 8 year old German Shepherd/Husky mix with a lot of reactivity and anxiety. There was a lot of leash pulling and barking. We did not take the dogs on many adventures because of how untrained they were. We weren’t confident that dogs at this age can change but we were proven wrong. Investing in the 6 week board & training program was well worth the money. Now we are able to take them on hikes, to local parks, and inside stores. The dogs are much happier as well with more structure in their lives. The instructors answered any questions we had even after the board and training program. Please give your dogs a chance and let Las Vegas K9 training help you and your furry best friend have a better life!

When we first got our pup- 7 months old he was all over the place, very dominant and a bit aggressive toward myself and my daughter; he was basically running the house. He was really bad with recall. We received some training sessions from K9 Training and they recommended a 6 week training course to get him on track. I can say after six weeks and training from the team it really was a brand new pup! Thanks to Humberto and Heidy and the team, we couldn’t be more impressed and happy with the results thus far. There are moments when he still tests us but recall is much better, more calmer and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience on getting him on track! Thank you all again for everything!

Not just great, AMAZING!\n\nI took my 5 year old German Sheperd mix to Humbertos 6 week board and train. It was the best decision I could have made for my dog.\n\nPreviously my dog was reactive/aggresive to humans and dogs. Hiking or walking in general was always a chore, constantly having to cross streets or redirect my path to minimize reactions.\n\nI have now had my dog back for 3 days and the improvement is night and day. I can go to parks, walk by other dogs and hike in peace.\n\nHumberto sets you and your dog up for success. If you are in need of help with your dog Humberto is the way to go. He is knowledgeable and with make sure you understand how to properly communicate with your dog.

We've had the pleasure of training two German Shepherds with Humberto, first in 2017 and now with a second dog in 2025. The second dog initially had reactivity issues, but with the guidance of Las Vegas K9 and Humberto, her behavior improved significantly. The ongoing training sessions have been incredibly rewarding, allowing us to fine-tune our skills together. Working with Las Vegas K9, Humberto, and Heidy has been an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. The value added to dog ownership is worth it. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to improve their dog's behavior and enhance their training experience.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had with dog training and trainers. Humberto and Terri are just fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. They make it very clear how and why to do certain things when training your dog. I’ve enjoyed both private and group sessions immensely. They’ve taught me and my Dax so much and I’m eager to continue learning from them! I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone because they’re simply that awesome and they offer so many different types of training for dogs.
