Captain has been attending HoundsTown for daycare and boarding for about a year now, and we’ve had a great experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and Captain always comes home happy and tired after a fun day of playing.

Went for our evaluation today. Kathryn was very welcoming and informative. My skittish furchild was in good hands so we will start her first daycare tomorrow.\nMy dogs at home are too old to play with her so this seems to be the answer.

We love hounds town!\nWe take our Mini Golden Doodle,Dunkin a couple days a week. He has an amazing time! The facility is very clean, and has a pleasant smell. The staff is very friendly! The owners are awesome and provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They take the time to share photos throughout his stay. I love when I come to pick him up they take the extra time to "tidy"him up,so he is clean. This is a great facility and we definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately, my dog was not on her good (let alone best) behavior this morning and nipped at the staff member. The response was a kind and responsible refusal to accept her at this time. While the refusal was disappointing, the fact that they were willing to forego making money to protect staff members and other pets was impressive.

I don't know that I've ever liked a boarding facility as much as I like this one. Every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and kind, no one looked at me funny when I brought my dogs in with blankies and all of their meals proportioned. They post photos and videos on Instagram every day and on day two my dogs were already looking so much more relaxed and happy. My pups will definitely be back and so great to know we have somewhere safe to take them where they'll be happy.
