Took my dog in for a meet and greet at Houndstown and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, answered all my questions, and made sure she was comfortable before introducing her to the other dogs. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs and pay attention to their personalities. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was being looked after by people who know what they’re doing. Looking forward to bringing her back.

My dog was seen for an evaluation and I have to say the staff informative Very knowledgeable and pleasant. The recent evaluation was conducted by a team of highly informed and exceptionally knowledgeable professionals. Their pleasant demeanor further enhanced my experience. The staff provided clear and comprehensive information throughout the process. This level of expertise and customer service is a testament to their dedication. I am confident in their ability to address all concerns effectively.

We had a great eval experience I was so impressed I left my dog for her first day right away. She’s a very nervous girl but she had a blast and they were so good to her. And the drop off for daycare without needing a reservation works so well for me.

We can't say enough amazing things about Hounds Town Mountains edge and their wonderful staff. They go above and beyond of each and every doggy as if they are their own. They love and give patience to the doggies that need more time to be comfortable. Everything is so clean and feels like home away from home. We take our dogs to daycare there and they are so very excited to go! We also have foster dogs they will open their hearts to and help get them adopted. We truly can't say enough great things about them. Highly recommend.

My fur baby loves coming here and playing with his pawmates! It’s very clean, smells AMAZING the second you walk in, all the staff members are extremely friendly and will keep you updated during your pet’s stay. Taylor is the manager and I love how much information she gave me the first day I dropped my dog. I was worried at first since he doesn’t go out and meet other dogs that much, but she reassured me that he was fine and having the time of his life when she called to give me an update on how his awesome day went! He always has so much fun that when he comes home he just passes out on his bed. Love this place so much!
