I drive from Southern Highlands for my boarding and have for 10-11 years almost?! They are truly the best either way taking care of your dog and you cannot beat their pricing. They are always accommodating whether your dog is social or not and I truly appreciate the cameras. I know my review might not seem like they are special, but they are truly top tier! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for great care and prices!

I am so glad I found this place, I have entrusted them with my dog a few times so far and each time he returns home happy and playful. I prefer to board him in their group rooms so my dog has others to play with during his stay. The staff is friendly, accommodates special request as they are able and efficient in their interactions. When I leave my dog here I don’t worry, I know he is being cared for properly. Thanks a lot Just Like Home!

Brought my dog here for boarding. When I picked her up 2 days later she was more calm than normal.\n\nTo make it clear!! my dog is never around other dogs, never goes to the dog park, and only plays in my back yard or the dog run because she is a rescue that is aggressive towards other animals; also some people don't take care of their animals health.\n\nA day later from picking her up I noticed she was coughing, a day after that she started sneezing and the 3rd day she had excess eye mucus and running nose. I called both of her vets and they did not have an opening for immediate care. I was able to find someone way out northwest for an emergency visit. Did x-rays and showed signs of bronchitis and gray area of lungs possibly start of pneumonia. Dr also asked if I wanted a to do a PCR panel so I did.\n\nResults came back as canine pneumo virus and mycoplasma cynos bacterium. Dr said it’s highly contagious and life threatening without treatment.\n\nNow……..know your boarder and make sure they are reputable. There obviously was a sick dog there without intervention from the facility. These people almost cost me the life of my baby AND an extra $1200 I didn’t have to spend. Only if they just cared about the animals they board.\nThis place should be closed down.\n\nTo anyone reading this and had the same issue around the middle to end of March 2026, please contact me. I will need a minimum of 20 people to start a class action against these horrible people.

We recently used Just Like Home’s boarding services for our two dogs, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing — primarily due to communication issues and overall customer service.\n\nThe onboarding paperwork alone was surprisingly extensive. It honestly felt more like completing a college application than signing up for pet boarding — long, detailed, and somewhat confusing. While I understand the need for policies and waivers, the process felt overly bureaucratic rather than focused on making pet owners feel comfortable and confident.\n\nBefore boarding, we were told we’d be able to check in on our dogs via camera access, but no one clearly explained where to log in or which room they were staying in. At one point, we couldn’t see our smaller dog at all. We called during desk hours to ask for clarification, but no one answered, and our call was never returned.\n\nWhen we picked up our dogs, they appeared shaken and not themselves. While they seemed to have been fed properly, their behavior afterward concerned us. One of our dogs — normally very confident and social — stayed unusually attached to me for about a week after pickup. When I later took him to his regular groomer, he had a panic reaction when I left, which is not typical behavior for him.\n\nI can’t say exactly what happened while they were boarded, but their reaction afterward was noticeably different from past boarding experiences, where they usually come home relaxed and happy.\n\nAnother frustration: their paperwork encourages customers to contact them directly before leaving reviews about concerns, which I tried to do. However, when I asked to speak with a manager at pickup regarding the missed calls and communication issues, my request wasn’t acknowledged, and I never received a follow-up call. That lack of responsiveness was particularly disappointing.\n\nBecause of these combined issues, I personally wouldn’t choose this facility again and would encourage others to carefully consider their options when selecting a boarding provider.

Great place to take your babies to while visiting Vegas. They take great care of your doggies, around the clock . We had access to cameras 24/7. They were in a private suite for the 2 of them. We even had one of our dogs groomed, and they did a great job!!! We will definitely be going back!
