Zion and I love hot Diggity dog! I can tell he gets lots of play time because he comes home and goes straight to sleep. He’s always so happy to be here. And the staff is kind as well. They also do seasonal activities with the dogs such as Easter pictures and crafts for Mother’s Day etc.

I had been here 1 time before a couple of years ago bc someone recommended it. But when I went in there & there was a horrible smell and when I asked about it they said "oh it's just our cleaner that we use to clean the floors." So I did not plan on going back, however today was my dog's birthday and they texted me offering a free daycare day for him. They were so friendly through the text I thought well maybe I should give them another try. When I arrived it did not smell bad, like it had before, so I thought okay, it might be better this time. I loved the fact that they had the webcams. My beagle boy turned 11 today and I informed them that he had a knee replacement and that his hips had arthritis so please be careful with him and don't let any dogs jump on him. They assured me that they would take good care of him and make sure that didn't happen. From the times I looked at the webcam, everything seemed to be somewhat okay except there were no employees in the rooms to interact with the dogs, I only saw 2 employees go in throughout his 4-Hour stay and they only stayed for about a minute or 2, one time just to put a bottle of water in a small bowl for about 15 dogs. There was this young girl with a short top to show her belly and belly button ring and her breasts pushed up as if she was going to a bar. She had a leash in her hand & I saw her hit one dog on the butt with it, not very hard but still not in a playful way in my opinion. She also kept going out of the cameras view like under it, not like at the door as if she were leaving or coming in so who knows what she did at that point. As I was heading back to pick up my baby, watching the webcam, I witnessed a dog a little bigger than mine jumping on my dog's back and humping him. He did this like 3 times but yet no one came in to stop him. When I got there I was so anxious to get him out of there I didn't notice that there was a button to push for the bell so I kept yelling hello hello no one came so I opened the door to the employees only area and yelled again hello hello. Finally I got the attention of the young girl with the belly ring and she came out to help me. I told her I was anxious to get my dog out bc he was being humped buy another dog and he has bad hips, like I told y'all. She didn't say a word only was on the computer to ring me out. Then went back, and took forever, to get my dog. When she brought him out she, very rudely, pointed out the button for the bell and pushed it and said "why didn't you ring the bell?" I replied, bc "I was so distraught by what I had just witnessed on the webcam that I didn't even notice it!!" Again no reply from her! She did not care at all!! She acted as if she hated her job and did not want to be there at all!! I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER take my dog back there!!!!\nI don't normally do reviews good or bad, however I was so upset and hurt that I just want to warn all pet parents about this place!! I have seen some good reviews and maybe that was a day when they had better employees, IDK but my experience today was horrible! I would give it a -0 if it was allowed.

WARNING. This is a horror story. My beautiful boy, Seven, DIED while under the “care” of HotDiggity Dog. He was fatally attacked by another dog during doggy day care. He was only 2 years old. He was in great health and had his life taken. He was taken from me.\nThis incident happened just over a two years ago. It is still difficult for me to talk about, but the people that trust HotDiggity Dog to take care of their beloved pets need to know what happened.\nI dropped Seven off for a one night’s stay at HotDiggity Dog. He had been there before, like I said, I trusted them. This day was different. This day was special because I was having my bachelorette party. I had always felt bad whenever I had to leave Seven, even just for a few hours. But it was my bachelorette party and it was only one night.\nJust a few hours after dropping Seven off, I received the call that no pet owner ever wants to hear. “There’s been an accident involving Seven and another dog” said the facility owner. “Is Seven okay?” I asked, my heart pounding. “No, I’m afraid he’s not. Seven has passed away” she said with sadness in her voice. It must have been the worst call she had ever made in her profession. It was certainly one of the worst calls I have ever received in my life. As I fell to the floor, my family was left to pick up the pieces. We rushed to HotDiggity Dog, me in my bridal outfit and my bridesmaids in neon. I can hardly remember the scene when we arrived. I was shaking in sadness, anger, and disbelief. The owners greeted me and my cousin and took us back to see my baby. He was cold. They had kept his body in a freezer for dogs ice cream. I could hardly look at him. It was only a few short house ago that I had said goodbye, not knowing it would be my last. They cleaned the blood off of his as best as they could and presented his acceptable side to us. The owners grieved with us and I do believe they were remorseful and filled with sorrow. They believed Seven’s neck had been broken after he was attacked and thrown by another, much larger dog. Seven was a 35lb French Bulldog, and while large for his breed, he was not a “big dog”. He had been playing with the big dogs during this visit. Seven loved to play. He was a rambunctious boy, after all, he was a bull dog. I could never bring myself to watch the video capturing his death, but I was told that the other dog attacked Seven, latching onto his neck, and tossing him like a rag doll. He probably passed from a broken neck, and I can only pray that he passed quickly. I cannot imagine the horror and shock of the kennel attendant who was working when it happened. I can wonder everyday what went wrong and why the attack occurred. I do not fault the kennel attendant. I’ve held this same job before and I know that it only takes a moment for an accident to occur.\nI do however fault the facility for allowing Seven to join the big dog play area. While I did say that he enjoys play of all kinds, he should have been restricted to the small dog pen where an accident like this would be far less likely to occur. While the owners were very remorseful, I cannot fathom continuing to operate this day “care” after a fatal dog attack occurred.\nTo add insult to injury, the attacking dog was allowed to go home to his family after KILLING Seven. Like nothing had happened. I was told that the owners would receive notice from animal control that their dog was considered vicious…and that was it. They were able to bring their dog home while I was left devastated by what happened.\nI’m finishing this review now, 2-years after the fact because I’m still devistated. While Seven is gone, I can only pray that something like this NEVER happens again and if I were using this day “care”, I would want to know that someone’s beloved pet was fatally attacked at this facility.

Kai absolutely loves Hot Diggity Dog!! He has tons of energy and plays nonstop while there. He is exhausted by the time he gets home. We use them for doggie daycare and boarding and would highly recommend if you need either. The entire staff is great but Maylean is amazing and Kai is always excited to see her!

If I could give this company 1 million stars, I would!!!! They are awesome at what they do. They’re very caring and loving!!!! My big dog is terrified of humans and he never let anybody trim his toenails unless completely sedated 😥😥 They were able to give him a deshed bath and trim his nails with no problems !!! I would recommend Hot Diggity Dog Daycare to any fur baby owners!!! And their prices are very affordable for great work!!! Shout out to Jimmy and Anna!!
