Great haircut! The groomer was very receptive to adjustments upon pick up and my dog, Ziva, has a cute teddy look! Ziva is visiting LV for a while but we will be back to Z Grooming when we have a chance. Thank you!

I recently took my dog to this place for a bath and teeth cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff did an incredibly thorough and careful job—my dog came out looking so clean and well-groomed.\n\nWhat really stood out to me was how kind, gentle, and attentive everyone was. The shop itself is also absolutely charming—so cozy, cute, and beautifully decorated, which made the whole visit even more pleasant.\n\nI was especially worried since it was our first visit, and I wasn’t sure how my dog would adjust. But seeing how relaxed and comfortable my dog was throughout the process truly put my mind at ease. On top of that, they kindly showed me videos of my dog during the grooming session, which made me feel even more reassured and grateful.\n\nOverall, I had such a wonderful experience, and I’m very thankful for the care and attention they gave my dog. I will definitely be coming back!

I moved to Las Vegas last year, and a coworker recommended this pet store to me. Their service is excellent! The pet groomers are incredibly skilled and pay great attention to detail. They even give out little gifts and are super friendly to the pets. Every visit includes a themed photo shoot, which I absolutely love. I’ll definitely keep bringing my pet here for grooming.

I have been coming here for about 3-4 months now and I absolutely love the work she does! My Colonel is not scared to be at the groomers like he was with his past groomers and in addition, does not come out having a strong colo gone scent. He smells and looks clean and fresh!!\nOnly thing I wish is that there is a pricing for a bath and tidy (less than 14 days).

I am shocked this place hasn’t run out of business! My dog looks awful and got bad blade burn after the grooming and started flaking after few days(he never had the problem at other grooming shops). His coat is uneven everywhere, not even mention any styling. I communicated with the owner, she refused to admit that’s their fault, and trying to blame on my dog and me. Her way of getting business is also suffocating, messaging and calling after midnight. We don’t want to go back to her and kindly rejected several times but she just wouldn’t stop, until we went back this time and got treated badly. The owner has the worst attitude if you ever complain to her. Take a look at all the bad reviews and her attacking responses. This person should NOT in service business and you should NOT send your loved dog to her.\nUpdate: This owner messaged and called multiple times to harass and insult me and my friend (who introduced me to her business) after I left her a bad review. She only stopped after I warned her that I would call the police if she continued this harassment.\nShe then replied my reviews with chicanery as she always does. (She waived the service fee after the bad service now she’s using that to attack me, the rest of her reply just untrue and doesn’t even make any sense.
