Well Groomed Pets on Blue Diamond is the best. They treat my 14yr old Shih Tzu, Kolohe so well.\nWhen I came to pick him up today I could see the groomer had him on the table petting him. Looked as he was comforting Kolohe. It just assured me that he is in good hands.\nAbsolutely love that!\nRecommend taking your pets here.

This is my local groomer for my shih tzu and they usually do amazing at what they do. She’s usually a little matted but they always work around it and do what I asked for. This time they didn’t even ask if I wanted anything specific they just told me she’s matted and they need to shave her off. I was okay with it since it has been months since her last grooming. When she was ready to get picked up, they came out right away in the lobby and mentioned that she has a rash on her head and that it will usually go away within a few minutes. I came home and the rash was more irritated and inflamed on her head. I’m not sure if it’s a razor burn or it wasn’t completely sanitized but she is severely irritated by it and I’m upset. This place used to be good but they never answer their phones, they don’t work around what grooming you want for your dogs, and they give your dogs inflamed rashes. Don’t recommend this place anymore. Sorry not sorry 🫶

I have gotten my elderly terrier groomed here about 4 times. I like him to have the same groomer each time. Although the first few times I kept getting a new groomer because previous ones were no longer there... each groomer we had has been wonderful. The latest appointment I was able to have the same groomer as last time. They make it a point to take extra care for older dogs by scheduing them the first or last appointments of the day. This allows for a calmer environment since there are less dogs, less noise, less people, & less activity going on around them. My dog is a sensitive old guy who has allergies, sensitive skin, & a fear of the dryer. The customer service has really been amazing. They added really good notes to his file and communitacte everything to the groomers. I feel Trooper is in safe hands when leaving him with this caring staff. He always looks super cute afterward too!\n*********\nUpdate\nAfter posting this amazing review my Trooper's next grooming appointment did not go so well. (10/25/25) I was texted to see if I could arrive about 40 minutes earlier than our scheduled appointment (they had a cancelation) I was able to bring my pup earlier. Grooming usually takes around 3 hours so I was surprised when I got a call about an hour and half later. When paying a comment was made how sensitive Trooper's skin is. All of his allergy & sensitivities were previously discussed & noted. When I saw him I noticed he was cut a little shorter than normal, especially around the front of his neck. He seemed ok overall until later in the day when his neck became very inflamed & red. Clearly he had razor burn & even knicked or cut with the clippers. We had to treat his wounds with ointment to help heal & prevent infection. I dont know if his grooming was rushed or the blade was dull but this result is unacceptable. I will never trust this place with the health and well being of my baby again.

Super impressed with Well Groomed Pets! Stoked my previous groomer is now here, highly recommended Cindy. I’ve used her since moving to Las Vegas several of my friends referred her, glad she’s even closer now. She’s a total professional groomer who does beautiful work. My pup loves her too! 🐾🐾. Very clean and professional shop, do more than just a groom, well check, teeth brushed and the perfect cut . I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Well Groomed Pets has been absolutely wonderful with my anxious dog. The groomers are incredibly patient and gentle, always knowing when to pause and give him time to feel comfortable. They truly understand his needs and never rush the process—even when it takes multiple days to complete his grooming due to anxiety. Their compassion and care mean so much to us, and I’m grateful to have found a team I can trust with my dog.
