I called to book a grooming appointment for my dog. My dog is fully vaccinated, and I am more than willing to provide the vaccination records when we arrive for the appointment. However, your staff insisted that I email the records in advance and wait for them to verify everything. Only after they approve the records would they allow me to keep the appointment.\n\nI find this process very inconvenient for customers. It feels as though your business is acting like an animal control agency rather than a grooming service. In my opinion, this is unnecessarily excessive for a grooming appointment.\n\nIf the customer experience is already this frustrating from the very first step, it doesn’t give me confidence that my dog will receive the quality of care I expect. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a very negative impression of your service.

Very very professional and clean. They ask for vaccination records which means they care about the health of not only their workers but also other animals that are groomed in the same facility.\n\nThey are very attentive and listen to what you want for your fur baby. The haircuts and grooming are always even and prefect. This place was recommended to me by my vet and I’ve also recommended few people to come here and they are very happy. Wonderful experience overall. Sometimes they don’t answer the phone but keep calling because they eventually pick up.\n\nMy poor baby on his last visit had lice and they did a treatment and now he is all better. The previous place I went my baby kept getting recurring ear infections, after coming here my baby hasn’t had an ear infection and it’s been 5 months.\n\nAs far as pricing, I don’t mind spending more because like with anything you pay for what you get. Their price reflects the service, value, and professionalism.\n\nI can’t go to another place after coming here. Thank you Petiamo!

Wow, thank you Stephanie! You did an amazing grooming job and are now our go-to person! I also like that we can see the Stylist working. The salon is clean and doesnt smell of pets. Pricing is reasonable and compares with other groomers.

Got my Mia in for a bath and grooming after booking less than 24hrs. She felt comfortable letting their team brush her teeth and trim her nails. Mia is very happy with her new summer ready look!!

This place is amazing! We have a pomeranian with lots of fur and whenever we tell them how we want it got they deliver. Our Moxie always looks like a show dog when she gets out of there, not just that but she also leaves happy. They take good care of dogs there and are very professional. Thank you so much for always pampering and grooming our Moxie girl so beautifully!
