I’ve taken my dog, Romeo, to Woof Gang since he joined my family in 2018. He’s visited other groomers while traveling and also in Mexico where I have another home.\n\nI like the convenient booking process and the check-in and pick-up process. Receiving a text with 15 minutes before the cleaning is completed is very useful.\n\nRomeo has mostly always been groomed exactly as I requested and he smells yummy for several days. I love when he gets a new bandana and he loves it too.\n\nImprovements would be in keeping the groomers more consistently. I can’t say the turnover is necessarily high, but he’s definitely gotten used to a groomer and then they are gone. Unfortunately, I hadn’t realized this with my grooming before today and one of his moles got nicked during the hair shaving process. The old groomer was aware of his spots and never aggravated them.\n\nI notified the front desk about this today and they updated his files for the future. Romeo looked super cute and ready for this Vegas hot weather. It looks like they are keeping good notes now because his face looked exactly like I like it.

First time in. Cut is ok but did not clip front nails they are extremely long . Said my pet gets nippy when front paws are touched but other groomer uses a cone and never had an issue. Disappointed and now looking again. Other groomer retired.\nVery pricey 85 and now have to return to get his very long nails clipped. I would not recommend

This place is so cute! We got a cake here for our dogs to enjoy during our wedding, and I recently returned to get some pup cakes for our dogs. Woof Gang has a wide selection of healthy baked goods and treats for pets and a friendly staff. What a gem!

Samantha is magical. She turns my misheveled dog into a masterpiece. It's nice to know that I can trust her to do what's best for Harley, our Aussalier pup.\nAll of the employees at Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming are professional, knowledgeable, caring and kind.☺️ I've taken my dogs to them since they opened 15+ years ago. I've never had a bad experience. I always leave with a smile! ☺️

I asked for a rounded teddy bear haircut and showed the picture as a reference. When i picked him up it wasn’t nothing alike, i didn’t expect it to be a replica but at least rounded and more similar. My main concern was my dogs face and I think it turned out to look the worst. I have also attached his picture so you can see. Since the moment I walked it in front desk employee wasn’t too nice and didn’t have a welcoming vibe. Our stylist wasn’t rude but it wasn’t a too friendly interaction and she didn’t really pay attention to any of my request. My dog still looks cute because he is cute but this was extremely disappointing. The only good thing is he is clean and at least they groomed him safely. Won’t be returning.My stylist was Jacki.
