My wife and I discovered this business by chance while searching for a groomer. We had a conversation with the owner, whom I believe is named Renee, and she graciously accommodated us. Consequently, we brought our beloved Lucy in for a spa day. Lucy is a mix of Dachshund and Mini Doberman Pinscher. Renee performed an excellent job with the grooming. She was friendly, showed affection towards Lucy, and took great care of her. Lucy not only smelled wonderful but also looked fantastic. They even organized a photoshoot with Lucy, which was a delightful surprise, and the pictures turned out amazing! We were thrilled to find a small business that genuinely cares for the animals they receive, treating them like family pets and pampering them. The establishment is clean, well-organized, and very inviting. We plan to return, especially since they treated Lucy as if she were one of their own. This is an outstanding business!

Pet Story is amazing! From the moment you walk in, you notice how incredibly clean it is. There is no overpowering dog smells or heavy bath product scents, just a fresh and welcoming space. It’s clear the owner, Renee, takes pride in maintaining a spotless environment and carefully cleans and sanitizes between every session.\nThe shop has a friendly, super-relaxed vibe, with plenty of toys and a setup that makes both dogs and their humans feel comfortable right away. You can really tell this is a small, woman-owned business built with care and passion.\nI’ve been bringing my dogs here for over two years, and the consistency and quality have been amazing. I’ve even witnessed a full doggy makeover during one visit... the transformation was incredible, and both the pup and their owner (me) left absolutely happy!\nEvery time I pick up my dogs, they look beyond amazing and adorable, the compliments we get at the neighborhood during our walks definitely confirm it. Tbh, she is the only groomer I trust in the area with my dogs.\nIf you’re looking for someone who truly cares and delivers top-notch results, this is the place. I highly recommend it! 🐾

Wife has a toy poodle, she's been looking for a groomer that's closer since moving into the Summerlin area. Shop is tucked away in a neat spot and generally seemed clean and inviting and definitely pet friendly. Wife pre-booked and sent me for drop off (I know nothing about small dog grooming), owner confirmed and verified my details and walked me through what she expects my wife is looking for based on their conversation and what I observed from prior grooming pick ups. She let me know any concerns and recommendations when I arrived, offered treats free of charge, and advised about potential future play dates if we returned. Only downside was cash only payment with no receipt offered (I didn't ask either since I was satisfied with service).
