i’ve been going to Zen Dog grooming for quite a bit now and they always get my Oli boy perfect. you can tell they put so much love, and Care into the pups. Honestly, will never be going back to the Petco or any other dog grooming Service. The front desk lady is always amazing and so kind. Leah The dog groomer that takes care of Oli is always perfect very communicative and always gives me a heads up. I recommended this place to a few of my friends now and even they go here and they love it. I will still continue to recommend others.

It genuinely disappoints me that I have to write this review because I loved bringing my dog, Mochi, to Zen Dog. The staff had always been friendly, and the grooming services were excellent. Unfortunately, the way I was treated today completely changed my opinion. I work as an on-call server, so my schedule can change at any moment. Because of that, I’ve had to reschedule appointments before, but I’ve always made an effort to communicate. I would call ahead, ask about cancellations, or reschedule because I never wanted to waste a groomer’s time or affect their commission. Today, after getting off work at 4:00 a.m., I accidentally fell asleep and missed Mochi’s 9:00 a.m. appointment. The moment I woke up, I immediately called to apologize and reschedule. Instead of discussing a deposit or another solution, Daisy told me they no longer wanted to groom Mochi and suggested I take her to PetSmart. I was blindsided because no one had ever warned me that my appointment history had reached that point. In fact, when I booked this appointment, I explained my work schedule and When I called back for clarification, the experience became even more frustrating. Daisy and Trina gave me different information about my appointment history. I asked Trina one simple question: “What dates did I no-call/no-show?” Instead of answering, she kept listing appointments that I had actually called to reschedule and repeatedly argued about the 24-hour cancellation policy. Those are not the same thing. As an on-call employee, I cannot always cancel 24 hours in advance. That’s exactly why I make the effort to call and reschedule whenever I can. A late cancellation is not the same as a no-call/no-show, yet I could never get a direct answer to my question. Throughout the conversation, I remained respectful, but I was met with an attitude that felt dismissive, argumentative, and unprofessional. To make matters even more confusing, I was first told that nobody wanted to groom Mochi anymore. Later, I was told it was only Bridget, after she spoke with the owner, Jazzy. Then, after I questioned the decision, I was suddenly told they would still groom Mochi if I prepaid for the full service. If prepayment was an option, why wasn’t that the first solution instead of telling me to take my dog somewhere else? I completely understand cancellation policies. I understand groomers work on commission, and I would have had no issue paying a larger deposit—or even prepaying—if someone had simply communicated that to me. My issue is not the policy—it’s the lack of communication, the conflicting information, and the way I was treated. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and neither I nor Mochi have ever been difficult. I simply wish I had been given a warning and the opportunity to correct the issue instead of being made to feel unwelcome. Zen Dog didn’t lose me because of its cancellation policy. They lost me because of poor communication, inconsistent explanations, and unprofessional customer service.

I just wanted to say I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now since I moved to the southwest and I just absolutely LOVE how they take pics of your dog when they’re ready to go with a themed backdrop depending on the closest holiday🥹 I don’t get them groomed that often so it’s always such a nice surprise for me when I get a text of a basically professional photo shoot my dog just had! It always makes my day! The reason for my review today is bc picked up my Pomeranian two days ago from their groomer tech named LEAH and I’m so beyond impressed with her work! He is so soft and fluffy and smells amazing. I highly recommend Leah at Zen dog!

The best compliment that I can give is that my very shy Jindo (who doesn't much care for baths) is always excited to come here and both dogs are so happy, fluffy, playful and clean with a cute bandana when I pick them up. The themed photos they occasionally send are so funny and a nice touch. Thank you for taking great care of my fur babies ❤️

Zendog is the BEST!! Leah is our girl and she is THE best and the sweetest ever ! I’m always in love with my pups and how beautiful they look when they come home after a zen dog day 🤩 your pups will love you🤍
