Awesome staff! They were so gentle and so helpful with trimming our German Shepherd’s nails, he’s big and loud and they did a perfect job with him. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

We have taken our dogs here for a while now. On several times, our dogs came back having redness/irritation in their behind, and sometimes in their face; we never thought it was a big deal.\n\nBut this (the last time), our dog came back with one of her eyes completely closed. We took her to the vet and she had a retinal injury (likely caused by trauma), requiring antibiotics every four hours, anti-inflammatory and pain medication. We understand accidents happen, but given the other comments we see here, and the fact that this is not the first time they come back hurting, we’ve decided not to take them here again.

I was pleasantly surprised with Woody's Pet Grooming! I was a walk in on what seemed to be a busy day and they were able to accommodate us! The staff was so kind, welcoming and understanding even though our dog was in bad shape 😬! They offer exceptional services and my Husky never looked and smelled so amazing! We got so many compliments from family and friends! We will definitely be brining him back! Definitely a must!

Dropped off my dog for our appointment at 10 am when they opened and mine was the first dog there. We were told it would be 2 hours and when we came by a little after noon because we were in the area we were told they hadn't gotten to him yet and that it was gonna be another 2 hours. At 3:30 we called and they said it was gonna be 30 more minutes and they finally called at 4:42, 18 minutes before they closed. He smells as if he had no place to potty other than 1 foot away in the same cage and kept him there all day. When we got him, we think it was a rush job because his tail didn't look trimmed at all, his fur was still falling out as if they just shaved him and didn't bathe or even blowdry him.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. we took our fur baby here today to get groomed and it turned out to be a absolute nightmare. Lucky has been here many times before and has never encountered the problem we encountered today. I don't believe they would intentionally hurt her but when grooming there should be precautions to ensure the blades aren't too sharp. I spoke with someone and she did agree to cover the vet costs but it doesn't excuse the fact that Lucky is in pain and is whimpering and doesn't want to lay down . Be cautious about who you trust to care for your fur baby.
