If I could leave zero stars I would!\nI’ve been coming here for a couple years and have recommended their services to many people as I had been pleased with my pets’ grooming. I recently brought my dog in for his routine haircut, and the groomer did a good job. However, when I got home, I noticed that he was licking his paw excessively and holding it up. Upon further investigation, I noticed that his right front paw pad was cut. I immediately contacted his vet to explain my findings, and they suggested an exam for the next morning. During his appointment, the vet confirmed that his paw pad had been cut which required sedation for suturing and bandaging and multiple medications which cost almost $500.\nWhen I contacted Kibble Pet to discuss the problem, the groomer showed empathy for his accidental injury, but the manager was very defensive, rude, and inappropriate. She arrived at my place of employment (!!) to confront and threaten me, still denying any accountability. The harassment was completely unprofessional and made an already painful situation worse when she refused to accept any responsibility for the injury that occurred to my pet while in their care. Had the manager listened to my concerns and responded appropriately by acknowledging the injury, I would not have felt compelled to write a negative review.\nWhat should have been a simple, safe grooming visit turned into stress, sadness, and unnecessary suffering for my Pablo. I trusted this place to treat my pet gently and professionally, but instead I’m left with vet bills, worry, and guilt for bringing my pet here. Our dogs can’t speak for themselves, so we have to. Please be careful where you take your pets, their safety is truly our top priority as pet owners.

We have been going to the Hill location for a few years, and have always been satisfied. Our first time at this location and definitely THE LAST. If you have a Great Pyrenees or any dog with undercoat do NOT drop them off here - the groomer Crystal absolutely butchered our sweet pup.\nWe told them and it has been in our file for years “to do a Great Pyrenees cut” and instead they shaved her like a poodle. They shaved the undercoat in the middle of summer, what groomer does that?? - In the Texas sun and heat my dog has no hair to protect her skin or cool her.\nShame on you, calling yourself a “groomer”!\nSee pictures of the majestic coat before and the hideous look of after.

I have been using Kibble for 4 years. The best was on Arapaho and Walnut Hill. This one on Sherry is the only one they have left and I never felt so discriminated on since Friday. Well nothing was wrong with my Princess and I got her grooming done for $57 and everyone loved her. Even one of the dogs was grooming was crying when she left. I will never in my life step foot in Kibble. See the picture below of the $57 work done. I realized I was being way over charged.

Love Kibble Pet Grooming!! The front desk staff is super friendly and we love our groomer Natalia. Our 10 month old golden retriever puppy has been visiting Kibble Prt Grooming since we got him and the experience has been amazing. He’s crazy and they are very patient with him and he always looks soo handsome after his visit with Natalia. If you’re in need of a groomer definitely check this place out! 10/10!!

We’ve tried several groomers for our two cavaliers, but none compare to the care and attention they receive here. One of our little ones, who has extreme separation anxiety and has hated every other grooming place we’ve been to, loves going here after his first visit. It speaks volumes of the love and care they provide. They do a great job and will always have our business! Highly recommend!
