Everyone is friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make both pets and their owners feel welcome.\n\nApril, the owner, is amazing. Her passion for animals shines through in everything she does, and she’s created a place where you immediately feel comfortable leaving your pet. She genuinely cares about every dog and has built an incredible team that shares her commitment to exceptional care.\n\nMy dog is always excited to go and comes home happy, clean, and well cared for. It’s such a relief knowing I can leave my pup somewhere I completely trust. The facility is clean, well-organized, and you can tell the team takes pride in providing exceptional care.\n\nWhether it’s daycare, boarding, or grooming, I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. The peace of mind they provide is priceless. Thank you to the entire team for treating my dog like family. The Pooch Patio has been grooming my Norfolk Terrier, Becket, for years, and we’ve always had a great experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, friendly welcome that sets the tone for the visit.\nThe customer experience is excellent, and the grooming is consistently top notch. My dog Rocky has a lot of energy, and I needed somewhere he could play safely while I was at work. I found The Pooch Patio online and decided to give it a try. The experience has been better than I expected. The staff welcomed Rocky warmly and explained everything clearly during our first visit. He enjoys the play areas and comes home relaxed instead of restless. I also appreciate how clean the facility is and how much attention they give each dog. It is a huge relief knowing Rocky is spending his day somewhere with people who genuinely care.

I started taking my two poodle mixes to The Pooch Patio about 5 years ago for daycare and socialization. We began with 1 day a week and was soon up to 3 days because they loved it so much and the staff was incredible, so caring, loving on all of the dogs as if they were their own.\nWhen I picked them up, I noticed some of the dogs getting picked up that had just been groomed and couldn’t believe how darling they looked!\nWe had a home groomer almost their entire life, but often would have little issues we just dealt with since we enjoyed the convenience.\nI decided to give the Pooch Patio a try since they were already there so often and WOW!! They had the best- sweetest little groom that they had ever had. I was so happy with their new look.\nNeedless to say, when it came time to board them, it was an easy choice.\nWhile we lost one of our babies 2 years ago, the other one is still going strong and enjoys every minute she is there! Such a great place with an amazing staff!

We board our two small dogs here whenever we travel. Love all of their suite options and tuck in menu options! Their price is in line with the exceptional service I’m receiving and that they are getting so it’s well worth it! Their communication is really good and I appreciate that so much!
