What pet parents say

I have been bringing my toy poodle to Urban for years and he is always taken care of. He is anxious and they always maybe him comfortable. His groom is always exactly what we want, and he is always in and out quickly! Can’t recommend them enough!\n\nUPDATE: We are now taking our 2nd in. He is a 4 month old shih poo, and he looks fantastic. When I came to pick up both my boys they were getting loved on in the back, they didn’t want to leave. It’s such a relief to have people you can trust with your littles

I’ve been going to Urban for about a year now and they are great. Price is very reasonable and they always get the job done. I love you can show them a pic and they will pretty much give you what you asked for. Thanks you all!

Whoever cut my golden retrievers hair in the back does not know how to cut hair. I asked for a trim and they shaved my dog. One thing would be to acknowledge the mistake but not acknowledging it and just assuming I’ll make a note of it next time I come in doesn’t sound right to me. Not going back, especially since it took 3 hours to do that. Very disappointed in the service.

Everyone is so friendly, they’re so good . My little one is so sticking cute now after a rough cut . The prices are so fair and honestly can’t be beat!! Love it here!!

My teacup poodle’s hair looks beautiful! The groomer always gets every detail I request/photos I send and adds adorable bows, all within 2.5 hours. My girl is so excited when I pick her up and gets so many compliments!
