So kind and patient with my 17 year old cat. He is fluffy and was very matted. He can be very mean, I brought him in with an administered dose of gabapentin and asked them to be gentle with him. They were super professional and gave me realistic expectations with how long it would take. I prioritize the job being done safely and well over speed, and my ornery kitty took longer to tend to but she kept me updated the whole time. Affordable price worth every penny.

I always have such a great experience bringing my dogs to K9 Feline Master Cuts. The staff is great and clearly love what they do. My dogs always come back looking clean and happy. You can tell they take their time and really care about each dog’s comfort. 10/10 recommend them to other pet parents.

My cat Jasper landed a photo shoot and modeling gig for a calendar due to his beautiful blue eyes, calm disposition and volumptously, fluffy white tail. So, before the shoot, I took my beloved Cat Jasper for his first groom session. However, I was terribly disappointed and felt like I left my guy feeling disfigured. I asked for the plush cut, she said Lion, I said plush.\n\nHowever, I repeated leave his tail alone. But, my Jasper was returned to me with an almost fully shaved tail, a fully shaved body and his toe was bleeding from them cutting his nails. I am kicking myself because when the owner canceled our appointment the day of, I should have known better. When they failed to answer the phone, I should have known better. When they ignore their customers' emails and voicemails, I should have known better.\n\nBut, I give people grace and chances, but this place, ruined that.\nNot to mention, they tried to argue with me! Service is about seeking to understand perspective of every customer as an individual. Not seeking as a service professional to prove your stance or explain your "why" you disappointed them. They offered me a refund and I am still waiting for it. They said they would send a picture of Jasper, bonding with the stylist, still no picture.\n\nAs a service driven individual, I hope those reading this review, will stay away from this place and save your pets from people who care more about being right than doing right by you and yours.\n\nK9 Feline, service provides us all with the opportunity to be great, since greatness is determined by the individual service we all provide. Be better.

Went in Saturday with my extremely elderly cat and some specific asks about her grooming. They were so kind, accommodating and did great work. Very cute spot, good vibes, and reasonable rates. Def going back.

There is no where else I would take my two cats! I absolutely LOVE the groomers and my cats are very shy, feisty ones and they feel very comfortable with them (even after their first time)! They are so patient and loving towards each pet that walks in and so sweet towards pet parents too! This place is exactly what the definition of a pet groomer!
