Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Catstle! Our groomer was Muji and she was very attentive and sent over wonderful pictures of my Cat Penny :)

The staff at Catstle, Annie especially, was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient with my floofy fuzz ball of anxiety, Freya. This was my kitty's first bath and grooming experience, and she was so calm afterwards. They were so quick to send me photo updates of the process and quick to reply. I definitely will be bringing my girl back again, if they'll have me and my little escape artist again.

Took my two cats in for a free nail trim event and was really impressed! Muji handled everything quickly and calmly, and my cat didn’t even fuss. So glad to have found a place that’s so skilled with cats!

Muji is wonderful with cats! She took great care of my fur baby and made the grooming process smooth and easy. My cat came back looking adorable and totally relaxed. You can tell she’s experienced and truly cares. Highly recommend!

So happy to have found Catstle! My elderly rescue cat has severe mats. The staff was gentle and kind and treated my grandma cat like a princess. She looked amazing and it was as stress free as they could make it. I drove from Evanston and will definitely be coming back! Well worth the trip. This place is amazing!
